Na središnjem dijelu Hvara intenzivno se realizira projekt lokalnih mreža odvodnje fekalnih voda te izgradnje i rekonstrukcije sustava vodoopskrbe na području Jelsa – Vrboska i Stari Grad, što je jedan od većih infrastrukturnih projekata u povijesti škoja.

Sklopljena su tri ugovora za izvođenje radova ukupne vrijednosti oko 310 milijuna kuna, dok je rok njihova završetka studeni 2023. godine. Direktor "Hvarskog vodovoda" Luka Bunčuga nedavno nam je rekao da su radovi službeno započeli 16. rujna prošle godine i ustvrdio da su zbog pripreme gradilišta te izrade izvedbenih projekata izvođača razlozi zašto su iskopi krenuli tek krajem prosinca 2020., odnosno u siječnju ove godine.

Taj projekt zahuktao se posljednjih tjedana, što je, potpuno očekivano, izazvalo nezadovoljstvo građana koji se zbog početka turističke sezone žale na buku, prašinu, razrovane ceste...

– Moja pokojna mama Peca Avila je još 2000. izgradila kuću u Vrboskoj, a put do naše građevinske parcele postojao je tek na papiru. Zato sam bila primorana angažirati geometra i sama financirati izgradnju puta širine pet metara, koji je bio makadamski, ali je itekako služio svrsi. U kući od 2002. turistima pružamo smještaj, gosti mi stižu za tjedan dana, a put je nakon ugradnje kanalizacije ostao praktično neupotrebljiv – iznosi Jelka Vraničić.

Žalila se, kako dodaje, jelšanskom načelniku Nikši Peronji, pa i direktoru Bunčugi, ali joj ništa konkretno nisu obećali. Govorilo se da taj put nije bio u planu za betoniranje, pa onda da će to učiniti samo do njezine kuće, a ostalo dogodine jer nema novca... Žena dosta dugo čeka i javnu rasvjetu, a za kuću je plaćen komunalni doprinos, godinama se redovito plaćaju komunalna naknada, boravišna pristojba, porez i druge obveze.

Nažalost, to nije sve što se događa u Maloj Veneciji, Vrbovljani nam se žale da nisu problem samo radovi na kanalizaciji i vodovodu, jer se tu i tamo vide bageri i na drugim mjestima, prvi most još uvijek nije dovršen iako se govorilo da će biti izgrađen do polovine svibnja.

U Starome Gradu i Jelsi situacija je gotovo identična, turisti naročito grintaju što je riva u Jelsi dobro raskopana, iako i sami vide da će realizacijom tog projekta mjesto zasigurno puno dobiti na izgledu. I upravo kada smo o svemu komentar namjeravali zatražiti u Općini, stigao je prigovor Vedrana Harašića i njegove majke Nade na stanje ceste za gdinjske vale (Soca, Lučica, Skozanje, Jedra, Srhov dolac...).

Prema njegovim riječima, taj put prema južnoj obali otoka je u katastrofalnom stanju, nemaju vodovoda ni struje, otpad se ne odvozi redovito... Asfalt umjesto makadama traže već dogodine.

– Područje naše općine ima čak 250 kilometara makadamskih cesta, a dosta njih vodi upravo prema uvalama u kojima su dvije-tri, pa do dvadesetak kuća. Problemi nastaju u zimskim mjesecima kada velike kiše isperu ceste, pa ih svake godine kontinuirano uređujemo, baš kao i sada, što gospodin Harašić dobro zna.

Još uvijek ih, nažalost, ne možemo asfaltirati, jer smo golema sredstva uložili u projektnu dokumentaciju za elektrifikaciju gdinjskih i zastražiških uvala, što podrazumijeva 33 kilometra kabliranja, na čemu će se raditi već nakon ljeta – kaže načelnik Peronja.

Prema njegovim riječima, kada jednog dana u cestama bude infrastruktura onda će na red doći i asfalt, s napomenom da će 33 kilometra asfalta koštati oko 30 milijuna kuna, što je otprilike vrijednost godišnjeg jelšanskog proračuna.

Prva faza izgradnje vodovoda od Jelse do Poljica, vrijedna 22 milijuna kuna, pred samim je završetkom. Načelnik stoga ljudima sugerira "realnija očekivanja i malo više strpljenja, jer ne može se odjednom napraviti ono o čemu se desetljećima nije vodilo računa".

– Sve što smo započeli to ćemo na vrijeme i završiti. Most u Vrboskoj će biti prohodan i uređen do visoke razine krajem ovog mjeseca. Radovi na odvodnji u Jelsi i Vrboskoj također će biti dovršeni prije početka pune sezone, do 20. lipnja sve će ceste biti asfaltirane i uređene.

Bager je već pred kućom gospođe Vraničić, ona i svi drugi trebaju znati da realiziramo projekt velike vrijednosti koji se izvodi novcem EU-a i mora biti gotov u tri godine, u protivnom novac propada. Zato predlažem da kroz to vrijeme budemo fleksibilni, jer radimo nešto što je od primarne važnosti za razvoj naše općine, pa i središnjeg dijela škoja općenito – ističe prvi čovjek Jelse.

Na središnjem dijelu Hvara intenzivno se realizira projekt lokalnih mreža odvodnje fekalnih voda te izgradnje i rekonstrukcije sustava vodoopskrbe na području Jelsa – Vrboska i Stari Grad, što je jedan od većih infrastrukturnih projekata u povijesti škoja.

Sklopljena su tri ugovora za izvođenje radova ukupne vrijednosti oko 310 milijuna kuna, dok je rok njihova završetka studeni 2023. godine. Direktor "Hvarskog vodovoda" Luka Bunčuga nedavno nam je rekao da su radovi službeno započeli 16. rujna prošle godine i ustvrdio da su zbog pripreme gradilišta te izrade izvedbenih projekata izvođača razlozi zašto su iskopi krenuli tek krajem prosinca 2020., odnosno u siječnju ove godine.

Taj projekt zahuktao se posljednjih tjedana, što je, potpuno očekivano, izazvalo nezadovoljstvo građana koji se zbog početka turističke sezone žale na buku, prašinu, razrovane ceste...

– Moja pokojna mama Peca Avila je još 2000. izgradila kuću u Vrboskoj, a put do naše građevinske parcele postojao je tek na papiru. Zato sam bila primorana angažirati geometra i sama financirati izgradnju puta širine pet metara, koji je bio makadamski, ali je itekako služio svrsi. U kući od 2002. turistima pružamo smještaj, gosti mi stižu za tjedan dana, a put je nakon ugradnje kanalizacije ostao praktično neupotrebljiv – iznosi Jelka Vraničić.

Žalila se, kako dodaje, jelšanskom načelniku Nikši Peronji, pa i direktoru Bunčugi, ali joj ništa konkretno nisu obećali. Govorilo se da taj put nije bio u planu za betoniranje, pa onda da će to učiniti samo do njezine kuće, a ostalo dogodine jer nema novca... Žena dosta dugo čeka i javnu rasvjetu, a za kuću je plaćen komunalni doprinos, godinama se redovito plaćaju komunalna naknada, boravišna pristojba, porez i druge obveze.

Nažalost, to nije sve što se događa u Maloj Veneciji, Vrbovljani nam se žale da nisu problem samo radovi na kanalizaciji i vodovodu, jer se tu i tamo vide bageri i na drugim mjestima, prvi most još uvijek nije dovršen iako se govorilo da će biti izgrađen do polovine svibnja.

U Starome Gradu i Jelsi situacija je gotovo identična, turisti naročito grintaju što je riva u Jelsi dobro raskopana, iako i sami vide da će realizacijom tog projekta mjesto zasigurno puno dobiti na izgledu. I upravo kada smo o svemu komentar namjeravali zatražiti u Općini, stigao je prigovor Vedrana Harašića i njegove majke Nade na stanje ceste za gdinjske vale (Soca, Lučica, Skozanje, Jedra, Srhov dolac...).

Prema njegovim riječima, taj put prema južnoj obali otoka je u katastrofalnom stanju, nemaju vodovoda ni struje, otpad se ne odvozi redovito... Asfalt umjesto makadama traže već dogodine.

– Područje naše općine ima čak 250 kilometara makadamskih cesta, a dosta njih vodi upravo prema uvalama u kojima su dvije-tri, pa do dvadesetak kuća. Problemi nastaju u zimskim mjesecima kada velike kiše isperu ceste, pa ih svake godine kontinuirano uređujemo, baš kao i sada, što gospodin Harašić dobro zna.

Još uvijek ih, nažalost, ne možemo asfaltirati, jer smo golema sredstva uložili u projektnu dokumentaciju za elektrifikaciju gdinjskih i zastražiških uvala, što podrazumijeva 33 kilometra kabliranja, na čemu će se raditi već nakon ljeta – kaže načelnik Peronja.

Prema njegovim riječima, kada jednog dana u cestama bude infrastruktura onda će na red doći i asfalt, s napomenom da će 33 kilometra asfalta koštati oko 30 milijuna kuna, što je otprilike vrijednost godišnjeg jelšanskog proračuna.

Prva faza izgradnje vodovoda od Jelse do Poljica, vrijedna 22 milijuna kuna, pred samim je završetkom. Načelnik stoga ljudima sugerira "realnija očekivanja i malo više strpljenja, jer ne može se odjednom napraviti ono o čemu se desetljećima nije vodilo računa".

– Sve što smo započeli to ćemo na vrijeme i završiti. Most u Vrboskoj će biti prohodan i uređen do visoke razine krajem ovog mjeseca. Radovi na odvodnji u Jelsi i Vrboskoj također će biti dovršeni prije početka pune sezone, do 20. lipnja sve će ceste biti asfaltirane i uređene.

Bager je već pred kućom gospođe Vraničić, ona i svi drugi trebaju znati da realiziramo projekt velike vrijednosti koji se izvodi novcem EU-a i mora biti gotov u tri godine, u protivnom novac propada. Zato predlažem da kroz to vrijeme budemo fleksibilni, jer radimo nešto što je od primarne važnosti za razvoj naše općine, pa i središnjeg dijela škoja općenito – ističe prvi čovjek Jelse.
