U Vodicama bi, tik do nogometnog igrališta i nove sportske dvorane na predjelu Račice čija je gradnja ušla u završnu fazu, u kolovozu trebao svoja vrata otvoriti novi trgovački centar.
Riječ je o objektima koji se prostiru na 5500 četvornih metara, a u kojima bi se, prema najavama, trebalo smjestiti osam prodavaonica različitih poznatih globalnih i nacionalnih brendova, među kojima su za sada potvrđeni "Konzum" i "Müller".
Iza ove investicije, što je zanimljivo, stoji tvrtka "Račice" iz Dubrave kod Tisnog, čiji je vlasnik Marko Sarađen. Riječ je o poznatom građevinskom poduzetniku iz Stankovaca, direktoru i vlasniku istoimene, uspješne tvrtke koja uglavnom djeluje na području Šibenika i Šibensko-kninske županije, a niz projekata, među ostalim, realizira u suradnji s državom i njom povezanim tvrtkama i ustanovama.
Zanimljiva je i činjenica da je prema uvidu u Informacijski sustav prostornog uređenja tvrtki "Račice", inače osnovanoj još 2017. godine, dozvola za gradnju trgovačkog centra izdana tek 29. travnja i još uvijek nije upisana kao pravomoćna. Raniji postupci za izdavanje ključnog dokumenta, pokrenuti sredinom prosinca prošle godine, bili su obustavljeni već nakon 20 dana.

Dozvola je, dakle, izdana prije nepunih pet dana, pa ostaje nejasno kako su radovi uopće mogli početi prije nego li je prikupljena i odobrena sva potrebna dokumentacija.
Investitor na istočnom ulazu u Vodice, uz stari dio Jadranske magistrale, gradi trgovački centar s dva objekta u čije će se pojedinačne prodajne prostore ulaziti izravno s parkirališta, što je sve popularniji model objekata za šoping, posebice u sredinama veličine Vodica.
Matična tvrtka "Sarađen" na tom je području, ukupne površine gotovo 20 tisuća kvadrata, prije desetak godina imala pogon za proizvodnju građevinskog materijala, a prije pet i pol godina je vlasništvo ugovorom prebačeno na tvrtku-kći "Račice".
Primjetno je da su danas objedinjena zemljišta pod dvjema hipotekama Raiffeisen banke zbog izdanih kredita ukupne vrijednosti 8 milijuna eura.

U Vodicama bi, tik do nogometnog igrališta i nove sportske dvorane na predjelu Račice čija je gradnja ušla u završnu fazu, u kolovozu trebao svoja vrata otvoriti novi trgovački centar.
Riječ je o objektima koji se prostiru na 5500 četvornih metara, a u kojima bi se, prema najavama, trebalo smjestiti osam prodavaonica različitih poznatih globalnih i nacionalnih brendova, među kojima su za sada potvrđeni "Konzum" i "Müller".
Iza ove investicije, što je zanimljivo, stoji tvrtka "Račice" iz Dubrave kod Tisnog, čiji je vlasnik Marko Sarađen. Riječ je o poznatom građevinskom poduzetniku iz Stankovaca, direktoru i vlasniku istoimene, uspješne tvrtke koja uglavnom djeluje na području Šibenika i Šibensko-kninske županije, a niz projekata, među ostalim, realizira u suradnji s državom i njom povezanim tvrtkama i ustanovama.
Zanimljiva je i činjenica da je prema uvidu u Informacijski sustav prostornog uređenja tvrtki "Račice", inače osnovanoj još 2017. godine, dozvola za gradnju trgovačkog centra izdana tek 29. travnja i još uvijek nije upisana kao pravomoćna. Raniji postupci za izdavanje ključnog dokumenta, pokrenuti sredinom prosinca prošle godine, bili su obustavljeni već nakon 20 dana.

Dozvola je, dakle, izdana prije nepunih pet dana, pa ostaje nejasno kako su radovi uopće mogli početi prije nego li je prikupljena i odobrena sva potrebna dokumentacija.
Investitor na istočnom ulazu u Vodice, uz stari dio Jadranske magistrale, gradi trgovački centar s dva objekta u čije će se pojedinačne prodajne prostore ulaziti izravno s parkirališta, što je sve popularniji model objekata za šoping, posebice u sredinama veličine Vodica.
Matična tvrtka "Sarađen" na tom je području, ukupne površine gotovo 20 tisuća kvadrata, prije desetak godina imala pogon za proizvodnju građevinskog materijala, a prije pet i pol godina je vlasništvo ugovorom prebačeno na tvrtku-kći "Račice".
Primjetno je da su danas objedinjena zemljišta pod dvjema hipotekama Raiffeisen banke zbog izdanih kredita ukupne vrijednosti 8 milijuna eura.
