Ukrajina je napadima dronovima na rafinerije u Rusiji primorala Kremlj da istovremeno brani svoj teritorij i da vodi rat protiv susjedne države. Tim napadima se postiglo ono nezamislivo, a to je da najveća naftna država na svijetu ostane bez goriva.

Prema podacima ruskih vlasti, cijene dizela su na ruskom tržištu značajno porasle. To poskupljenje je samo tijekom prošlog tjedna iznosilo 10 posto. Osim toga, benzin je najskuplji u posljednjih pola godine, odnosno njegova cijena je viša za 20 posto u odnosu na početak godine. Razlog za to jeste što su rafinerije bile primorane obustaviti proizvodnju.

Ukrajinci su u napadu dronovima 24. travnja nanijeli veliku štetu na dva skladišta goriva koji su u vlasništvu ruskog energetskog giganta Rosnjefta. Spomenuta skladišta se nalaze 500 kilometara od granice s Ukrajinom. Više od deset ruskih rafinerija je ranije ove godine bilo napadnuto jer Kijev smatra da su legitimna vojna meta, prenosi klix.ba.

"To je kao komarac - ne možete ga pronaći, ne možete ga ubiti i vraća se svake noći, bit ćete iscrpljeni. To je vrlo dobar način da se smanji pritisak na (ukrajinskom) frontu", ocijenio je bivši britanski vojni obavještajac i NATO planer Philip Ingram.

Posljedica toga jeste da je Moskva, kako piše vanjskopolitički magazin Politico, smanjila izvoz nafte na skoro povijesni minimum. Izvezla je 712.000 tona nafte dok je tjedan ranije izvezla 844.000 tona. To je i politički i vojni problem za Moskvu.

Osim što je od suštinskog značaja za ruski rat u Ukrajini, jeftino gorivo je ključna ponuda ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina njegovim sugrađanima. Zapravo, to je lijek protiv niskih plaća i slabe domaće valute - rublje.

Izgledno je da će se ovaj trend još zadržati. Analitičar ruskog Fonda za nacionalnu sigurnost Igor Juškov je u izjavi za lokalne medije kazao da je malo vjerojatno da će cijene uskoro biti niže te da će Rusija možda morati uvoziti benzin iz rezervi uskladištenih u susjednoj Bjelorusiji.

Moskva je prošle godine bila primorana da zabrani izvoz benzina i dizela usljed nestašice na domaćem tržištu. Time su zadržane niske cijene kojima su umireni vozači te, kako piše Politico, umjetno potaknut poljoprivredni sektor.

Međutim, s obzirom na to da je nafta poskupjela na međunarodnom tržištu, pojedini su jeftini ruski benzin, namijenjen domaćem tržištu, počeli prodavati u inozemstvu. To je rezultiralo rastom crnog tržišta. Moskva je u studenome prošle godine ublažila restrikcije u izvozu, ali je bila primorana ponovno ih uspostaviti prošli mjesec zbog ukrajinskih napada. Dok je većina Zapadnih država prestala uvoziti ruski benzin i dizel, Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati, nekolicina južnoameričkih i sjevernoafričkih država nastavile su s uvozom.

Stručnjakinja za rusku ekonomiju na Međunarodnom institutu za strateške studije Marija Šagina smatra da je Ukrajina napadima na ruske rafinerije otežala sankcije koje je Zapad ranije nametnuo Rusiji.

Međutim, ukrajinski napori onemogućavanja izvoza ruske nafte uzrokovali su reakciju Sjedinjenih Američkih Država. Naime, američki ministar odbrane Lloyd Austin je upozorio da bi se time moglo poremetiti globalno tržište energije. Moskva je na ukrajinske napade odgovorila napadima na ukrajinsku mrežu električne energije, ostavivši milijune Ukrajinaca u mraku.

Kijev je poručio da će učiniti sve da ugrozi sposobnost Rusije u vođenju rata, usprkos spomenutim upozorenjima. Bivši britanski vojni obavještajac Ingram smatra da ukrajinski napadi daju rezultata. Kako je konstatirao, to bi mogla biti strategija koja će se proučavati na akademijama za obuku budućih časnika, piše Politico.

Ukrajina je napadima dronovima na rafinerije u Rusiji primorala Kremlj da istovremeno brani svoj teritorij i da vodi rat protiv susjedne države. Tim napadima se postiglo ono nezamislivo, a to je da najveća naftna država na svijetu ostane bez goriva.

Prema podacima ruskih vlasti, cijene dizela su na ruskom tržištu značajno porasle. To poskupljenje je samo tijekom prošlog tjedna iznosilo 10 posto. Osim toga, benzin je najskuplji u posljednjih pola godine, odnosno njegova cijena je viša za 20 posto u odnosu na početak godine. Razlog za to jeste što su rafinerije bile primorane obustaviti proizvodnju.

Ukrajinci su u napadu dronovima 24. travnja nanijeli veliku štetu na dva skladišta goriva koji su u vlasništvu ruskog energetskog giganta Rosnjefta. Spomenuta skladišta se nalaze 500 kilometara od granice s Ukrajinom. Više od deset ruskih rafinerija je ranije ove godine bilo napadnuto jer Kijev smatra da su legitimna vojna meta, prenosi klix.ba.

"To je kao komarac - ne možete ga pronaći, ne možete ga ubiti i vraća se svake noći, bit ćete iscrpljeni. To je vrlo dobar način da se smanji pritisak na (ukrajinskom) frontu", ocijenio je bivši britanski vojni obavještajac i NATO planer Philip Ingram.

Posljedica toga jeste da je Moskva, kako piše vanjskopolitički magazin Politico, smanjila izvoz nafte na skoro povijesni minimum. Izvezla je 712.000 tona nafte dok je tjedan ranije izvezla 844.000 tona. To je i politički i vojni problem za Moskvu.

Osim što je od suštinskog značaja za ruski rat u Ukrajini, jeftino gorivo je ključna ponuda ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina njegovim sugrađanima. Zapravo, to je lijek protiv niskih plaća i slabe domaće valute - rublje.

Izgledno je da će se ovaj trend još zadržati. Analitičar ruskog Fonda za nacionalnu sigurnost Igor Juškov je u izjavi za lokalne medije kazao da je malo vjerojatno da će cijene uskoro biti niže te da će Rusija možda morati uvoziti benzin iz rezervi uskladištenih u susjednoj Bjelorusiji.

Moskva je prošle godine bila primorana da zabrani izvoz benzina i dizela usljed nestašice na domaćem tržištu. Time su zadržane niske cijene kojima su umireni vozači te, kako piše Politico, umjetno potaknut poljoprivredni sektor.

Međutim, s obzirom na to da je nafta poskupjela na međunarodnom tržištu, pojedini su jeftini ruski benzin, namijenjen domaćem tržištu, počeli prodavati u inozemstvu. To je rezultiralo rastom crnog tržišta. Moskva je u studenome prošle godine ublažila restrikcije u izvozu, ali je bila primorana ponovno ih uspostaviti prošli mjesec zbog ukrajinskih napada. Dok je većina Zapadnih država prestala uvoziti ruski benzin i dizel, Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati, nekolicina južnoameričkih i sjevernoafričkih država nastavile su s uvozom.

Stručnjakinja za rusku ekonomiju na Međunarodnom institutu za strateške studije Marija Šagina smatra da je Ukrajina napadima na ruske rafinerije otežala sankcije koje je Zapad ranije nametnuo Rusiji.

Međutim, ukrajinski napori onemogućavanja izvoza ruske nafte uzrokovali su reakciju Sjedinjenih Američkih Država. Naime, američki ministar odbrane Lloyd Austin je upozorio da bi se time moglo poremetiti globalno tržište energije. Moskva je na ukrajinske napade odgovorila napadima na ukrajinsku mrežu električne energije, ostavivši milijune Ukrajinaca u mraku.

Kijev je poručio da će učiniti sve da ugrozi sposobnost Rusije u vođenju rata, usprkos spomenutim upozorenjima. Bivši britanski vojni obavještajac Ingram smatra da ukrajinski napadi daju rezultata. Kako je konstatirao, to bi mogla biti strategija koja će se proučavati na akademijama za obuku budućih časnika, piše Politico.
