Vladislav Jovanović, ministar vanjskih poslova SRJ od 1991. do 1995. godine, objavio je knjigu “Rat koji se mogao spriječiti”, u kojoj je otkrio brojne tajne srbijanske diplomacije. O tome je govorio i u intervju za “Slobodnu Bosnu” .

Za rat u BiH Jovanović kaže da je bio najzvjerskiji te da napade na Vukovar, Sarajevo i Dubrovnik nikada nije mogao razumjeti.

- Moj mozak to nije mogao svariti. Jednom prilikom rekao sam Kadijeviću da me čudi da se Vukovar razara, jer su ravničarski gradovi prije bili zauzimani odmah ili su ostavljani za kraj da se predaju, nisu rušeni. On mi je odgovorio da je u Vukovaru svaka kuća pretvorena u bunker i da se ne može drugačije postupiti. O dogovorima vodećih političara, Jovanović kaže kako su Tuđman i Milošević imali česte plenarne susrete u četiri oka.

- Sakriju se i pričaju, bili su na ti, dosta intimni. Istina, i Izetbegović i Milošević bili su na ti. Milošević je Aliji prilazio s velikim povjerenjem i poštovanjem. Kada čovjek ne bi znao o čemu govore, mogao bi zaključiti da dva stara poznanika sjede opušteno u nekoj kavani. Izetbegović je Miloševiću govorio da je podrijetlom Srbin iz Beograda. Kazao je da je 1903. njegova obitelj iz Beograda otišla u Bosnu i promijenila vjeru - kaže Jovanović.

Vladislav Jovanović, ministar vanjskih poslova SRJ od 1991. do 1995. godine, objavio je knjigu “Rat koji se mogao spriječiti”, u kojoj je otkrio brojne tajne srbijanske diplomacije. O tome je govorio i u intervju za “Slobodnu Bosnu” .

Za rat u BiH Jovanović kaže da je bio najzvjerskiji te da napade na Vukovar, Sarajevo i Dubrovnik nikada nije mogao razumjeti.

- Moj mozak to nije mogao svariti. Jednom prilikom rekao sam Kadijeviću da me čudi da se Vukovar razara, jer su ravničarski gradovi prije bili zauzimani odmah ili su ostavljani za kraj da se predaju, nisu rušeni. On mi je odgovorio da je u Vukovaru svaka kuća pretvorena u bunker i da se ne može drugačije postupiti. O dogovorima vodećih političara, Jovanović kaže kako su Tuđman i Milošević imali česte plenarne susrete u četiri oka.

- Sakriju se i pričaju, bili su na ti, dosta intimni. Istina, i Izetbegović i Milošević bili su na ti. Milošević je Aliji prilazio s velikim povjerenjem i poštovanjem. Kada čovjek ne bi znao o čemu govore, mogao bi zaključiti da dva stara poznanika sjede opušteno u nekoj kavani. Izetbegović je Miloševiću govorio da je podrijetlom Srbin iz Beograda. Kazao je da je 1903. njegova obitelj iz Beograda otišla u Bosnu i promijenila vjeru - kaže Jovanović.
