Ministarstvo obrane BiH zanijekalo je u petak da je među pripadnicima oružanih snaga te zemlje provedena anketa o tome žele li Srbi koji su u njihovom sastavu pristupiti novoj vojsci koja bi mogla biti uspostavljena u Republici Srpskoj, no visoki dužnosnik tog ministarstva tvrdi kako je takve ankete ipak bilo.

Član Predsjedništva BiH Milorad Dodik u petak je ustvrdio kako je većina Srba u oružanim snagama BiH iskazala spremnost postati pripadnicima nove vojske RS, ukoliko bi ona bila formirana.

"Kada donesemo odluku o povlačenju suglasnosti za (uspostavu) oružanih snaga BiH, Srbi će to napustiti i prijeći u RS, njih najmanje 60 pa do 80 posto se izjašnjava tako", kazao je Dodik novinarima.

Ranije je najavio kako će parlamentu RS najkasnije početkom studenog poslati prijedlog odluke kojom se taj entitet povlači iz sporazuma kojim su 2004. ukinute entitetske vojske, a potom formirane jedinstvene oružane snage BiH.

Oružane snage BiH na papiru se sastoje od deset tisuća pripadnika, uz pet tisuća pripadnika aktivne pričuve. Osnovicu čine tri pješačke pukovnije koje baštine tradicije ratnih postrojbi, odnosno Hrvatskog vijeća obrane (HVO), Armije BiH i vojske RS, pa su u biti etnički ustrojene.

Zakone kojima je to regulirano donio je parlament BiH, no Dodik tvrdi kako je to sada moguće poništiti jednostranom odlukom na razini entiteta, što pravni stručnjaci odlučno osporavaju.

Ministarstvo obrane BiH na Dodikovu je izjavu reagiralo priopćenjem u kojemu je navelo kako nikakve ankete među časnicima i vojnicima nije bilo.

"Provedbom takve ankete došlo bi do kršenja Zakona o obrani BiH i Zakona o službi u oružanim snagama što ima elemente kaznenog djela. Oružane snage BiH su apsolutno posvećene izvršavanju zakonom definiranih misija i zadaća i usmjerene su ka daljoj profesionalizaciji i modernizaciji", stoji u reakciji ministarstva na čijem je čelu Sifet Podžić, član Demokratske fronte (DF) Željka Komšića.

No Mirko Okolić, Podžićev zamjenik iz reda srpskog naroda i ujedno član Dodikovog Saveza nezavisnih socijaldemokrata (SNSD), odmah je ustvrdio kako je neka vrsta anketiranja ipak provedena, odnosno kako su srpski časnici i vojnici samoinicijativno o tome razgovarali s pretpostavljenima.

"Ta anketa se izrodila spontano, samoinicijativno, jer je veliki postotak pripadnika oružanih snaga BiH iz RS-a dolazio kod nadređenih i poslao poruku da ukoliko dođe do toga da se stvara nova vojna formacija, može se računati na njih. Nadajući se da do toga neće doći, ali ako dođe da se može računati na njih", kazao je Okolić kako ga citira sarajevski portal Faktor.

Dodik je pojasnio kako će, kada parlament RS donese odgovarajuću odluku, vojarnama na teritoriju tog entiteta u kojima su pripadnici oružanih snaga BiH najprije biti isključena voda i struja, a potom će časnicima i vojnicima biti ponuđeno da ili ostanu u redovima nove vojske ili da odu na teritorij Federacije BiH.

Ranije je to usporedio sa scenarijem kojega je Slovenija priredila kada je, opredjeljujući se za samostalnost, onemogućila djelovanje bivše JNA na svom teritoriju.

Ministarstvo obrane BiH zanijekalo je u petak da je među pripadnicima oružanih snaga te zemlje provedena anketa o tome žele li Srbi koji su u njihovom sastavu pristupiti novoj vojsci koja bi mogla biti uspostavljena u Republici Srpskoj, no visoki dužnosnik tog ministarstva tvrdi kako je takve ankete ipak bilo.

Član Predsjedništva BiH Milorad Dodik u petak je ustvrdio kako je većina Srba u oružanim snagama BiH iskazala spremnost postati pripadnicima nove vojske RS, ukoliko bi ona bila formirana.

"Kada donesemo odluku o povlačenju suglasnosti za (uspostavu) oružanih snaga BiH, Srbi će to napustiti i prijeći u RS, njih najmanje 60 pa do 80 posto se izjašnjava tako", kazao je Dodik novinarima.

Ranije je najavio kako će parlamentu RS najkasnije početkom studenog poslati prijedlog odluke kojom se taj entitet povlači iz sporazuma kojim su 2004. ukinute entitetske vojske, a potom formirane jedinstvene oružane snage BiH.

Oružane snage BiH na papiru se sastoje od deset tisuća pripadnika, uz pet tisuća pripadnika aktivne pričuve. Osnovicu čine tri pješačke pukovnije koje baštine tradicije ratnih postrojbi, odnosno Hrvatskog vijeća obrane (HVO), Armije BiH i vojske RS, pa su u biti etnički ustrojene.

Zakone kojima je to regulirano donio je parlament BiH, no Dodik tvrdi kako je to sada moguće poništiti jednostranom odlukom na razini entiteta, što pravni stručnjaci odlučno osporavaju.

Ministarstvo obrane BiH na Dodikovu je izjavu reagiralo priopćenjem u kojemu je navelo kako nikakve ankete među časnicima i vojnicima nije bilo.

"Provedbom takve ankete došlo bi do kršenja Zakona o obrani BiH i Zakona o službi u oružanim snagama što ima elemente kaznenog djela. Oružane snage BiH su apsolutno posvećene izvršavanju zakonom definiranih misija i zadaća i usmjerene su ka daljoj profesionalizaciji i modernizaciji", stoji u reakciji ministarstva na čijem je čelu Sifet Podžić, član Demokratske fronte (DF) Željka Komšića.

No Mirko Okolić, Podžićev zamjenik iz reda srpskog naroda i ujedno član Dodikovog Saveza nezavisnih socijaldemokrata (SNSD), odmah je ustvrdio kako je neka vrsta anketiranja ipak provedena, odnosno kako su srpski časnici i vojnici samoinicijativno o tome razgovarali s pretpostavljenima.

"Ta anketa se izrodila spontano, samoinicijativno, jer je veliki postotak pripadnika oružanih snaga BiH iz RS-a dolazio kod nadređenih i poslao poruku da ukoliko dođe do toga da se stvara nova vojna formacija, može se računati na njih. Dodik je pojasnio kako će, kada parlament RS donese odgovarajuću odluku, vojarnama na teritoriju tog entiteta u kojima su pripadnici oružanih snaga BiH najprije biti isključena voda i struja, a potom će časnicima i vojnicima biti ponuđeno da ili ostanu u redovima nove vojske ili da odu na teritorij Federacije BiH.

Ranije je to usporedio sa scenarijem kojega je Slovenija priredila kada je, opredjeljujući se za samostalnost, onemogućila djelovanje bivše JNA na svom teritoriju.

Ministarstvo obrane BiH zanijekalo je u petak da je među pripadnicima oružanih snaga te zemlje provedena anketa o tome žele li Srbi koji su u njihovom sastavu pristupiti novoj vojsci koja bi mogla biti uspostavljena u Republici Srpskoj, no visoki dužnosnik tog ministarstva tvrdi kako je takve ankete ipak bilo.

Član Predsjedništva BiH Milorad Dodik u petak je ustvrdio kako je većina Srba u oružanim snagama BiH iskazala spremnost postati pripadnicima nove vojske RS, ukoliko bi ona bila formirana.

"Kada donesemo odluku o povlačenju suglasnosti za (uspostavu) oružanih snaga BiH, Srbi će to napustiti i prijeći u RS, njih najmanje 60 pa do 80 posto se izjašnjava tako", kazao je Dodik novinarima.
