Opća bolnica u Koprivnici dječaku (10) s križevačkog područja mora platiti 7000 eura odštete jer mu je dječji kirurg specijalizant prilikom operacije probušio tanko crijevo.
Bio je u životnoj opasnosti jer je mogao dobiti sepsu zbog izljeva sadržaja crijeva u trbušnu šupljinu. Osim odštete, bolnica mu mora pokriti i parnične troškove u iznosu od 2000 eura. Presuda je nepravomoćna i bolnica će se na nju žaliti, piše Danica.hr.
Sve se dogodilo prije par godina kad je malodobni dječak pao s bicikla te ozlijedio donji dio trbuha. Oko 21 sat prebačen je u bolnicu, na hitni prijam, gdje je nakon obrade otpušten.
No, zbog povećanja hematoma na trbuhu i komplikacija opet je nakon par dana završio u bolnici. Operirao ga je specijalizant dječje kirurgije te mu je nehotice oštetio tanko crijevo. Nakon toga, morao je hitno na novu operaciju kojom mu je, de facto, spašen život.
Za suca jer ključan bio iskaz medicinskog vještaka.
“Tijekom prvog perativnog zahvata 28. svibnja u 23.40 sati nije uređena eksploracija apcesne šupljine niti je utvrđen defekt trbušne stjenke koji je postojao, a tijekom ovog zahvata je došlo do nehotične ozljede tankog crijeva. Daljnji tijek liječenja proveden je prema pravilima struke. Dakle, tijekom prvog operativnog zahvata počinjena je liječnika pogreška”, zaključio je medicinski vještak.
Sudac je nakon toga zaključio kako je “dječak nepravilno i nesavjesno liječen, tijekom kojeg liječenja mu je prerezano tanko crijevo”.
“Šteta nanesena dječaku nastala je upravo zbog nepravilnog, nestručnog i nesavjesnog postupanja djelatnika Opće bolnice", navodi se u nepravomoćnoj presudi, piše Danica.hr

Opća bolnica u Koprivnici dječaku (10) s križevačkog područja mora platiti 7000 eura odštete jer mu je dječji kirurg specijalizant prilikom operacije probušio tanko crijevo.
Bio je u životnoj opasnosti jer je mogao dobiti sepsu zbog izljeva sadržaja crijeva u trbušnu šupljinu. Osim odštete, bolnica mu mora pokriti i parnične troškove u iznosu od 2000 eura. Presuda je nepravomoćna i bolnica će se na nju žaliti, piše Danica.hr.
Sve se dogodilo prije par godina kad je malodobni dječak pao s bicikla te ozlijedio donji dio trbuha. Oko 21 sat prebačen je u bolnicu, na hitni prijam, gdje je nakon obrade otpušten.
No, zbog povećanja hematoma na trbuhu i komplikacija opet je nakon par dana završio u bolnici. Operirao ga je specijalizant dječje kirurgije te mu je nehotice oštetio tanko crijevo. Nakon toga, morao je hitno na novu operaciju kojom mu je, de facto, spašen život.
Za suca jer ključan bio iskaz medicinskog vještaka.
“Tijekom prvog perativnog zahvata 28. svibnja u 23.40 sati nije uređena eksploracija apcesne šupljine niti je utvrđen defekt trbušne stjenke koji je postojao, a tijekom ovog zahvata je došlo do nehotične ozljede tankog crijeva. Daljnji tijek liječenja proveden je prema pravilima struke. Dakle, tijekom prvog operativnog zahvata počinjena je liječnika pogreška”, zaključio je medicinski vještak.
Sudac je nakon toga zaključio kako je “dječak nepravilno i nesavjesno liječen, tijekom kojeg liječenja mu je prerezano tanko crijevo”.
