Hrvatska do kraja godine planira financirati pedesetak projekata od 818 milijuna eura koje je Europska komisija u utorak uplatila u domaći proračun kao predujam od 13 posto od ukupnih sredstava koja iznose 6,3 milijarde eura, a namijenjena su za oporavak i otpornost nakon covid-krize.

To je ujedno i najveća pojedinačna uplata sredstava EU u proračun otkad je Hrvatska članica.

Hrvatska je prema veličini gospodarstva iz Mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost dobila najveća sredstva, a 13. je država članica kojoj je uplaćen predujam.

Dinamika i visina sljedećih rata ovisit će o ispunjavanju kriterija, pa tako do kraja godine imamo obvezu izvršiti 34 mjerila koja se sastoje od reformi i investicija. Ako sve ispunimo, sredinom iduće godine stiže još 700 milijuna eura, a ako ne, onda će taj iznos biti manji.

Iz prve tranše, poručio je u srijedu potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar financija Zdravko Marić, financirat će se projekti koji su u visokoj fazi dovršenosti, a novac će se dijeliti ovisno o natječajima.

Projekti su vezani uz digitalnu i zelenu transformaciju javnog i privatnog sektora, poput onih u prerađivačkoj industriji, kod vodnog gospodarstva, gradit će se vrtići i škole, tvrtka Rimac dobit će sredstva za razvoj autonomnog vozila, dio novca potrošit će se i na energetsku učinkovitost, obnovu zgrada nakon potresa i na subvencionirane kredite poduzetnicima.

- Rok je do sredine 2026. i brzina i efikasnost su ključ. Sada smo ušli u izazovnu fazu implementacije, a oni koji ispunjavaju uvjete i koji su spremni dobit će sredstva - poručio je Marić.

U Vladi smatraju kako su ovaj predujam i činjenica da je isti dan odlučeno kako Hrvati više neće trebati vize za SAD dva velika vanjskopolitička postignuća za Hrvatsku. Najkasnije od 1. prosinca Hrvatima više neće trebati vize za Ameriku, što će olakšati putovanja, ali bi trebalo potaknuti i gospodarsku razmjenu. Hrvatska će tako biti tek 40. svjetska država koja sa SAD-om ulazi u bezvizni režim, dok, primjerice, neke država članice EU, poput Bugarske, Rumunjske ili Cipra još uvijek nisu u tom društvu.

- Ovo je bio dan bez presedana na vanjskopolitičkom planu. Ispunili smo sve obveze u roku i dobili predujam. To nam jamči sigurnu polugu za gospodarski razvoj u narednom desetljeću, a učvrstili smo i položaj sa SAD-om jer smo dugo čekali na ukidanje viza. Preostaju nam još euro i Schengen kao vanjskopolitički prioriteti - poručuju iz Vlade.

Hrvatska do kraja godine planira financirati pedesetak projekata od 818 milijuna eura koje je Europska komisija u utorak uplatila u domaći proračun kao predujam od 13 posto od ukupnih sredstava koja iznose 6,3 milijarde eura, a namijenjena su za oporavak i otpornost nakon covid-krize.

To je ujedno i najveća pojedinačna uplata sredstava EU u proračun otkad je Hrvatska članica.

Hrvatska je prema veličini gospodarstva iz Mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost dobila najveća sredstva, a 13. je država članica kojoj je uplaćen predujam.

Dinamika i visina sljedećih rata ovisit će o ispunjavanju kriterija, pa tako do kraja godine imamo obvezu izvršiti 34 mjerila koja se sastoje od reformi i investicija. Ako sve ispunimo, sredinom iduće godine stiže još 700 milijuna eura, a ako ne, onda će taj iznos biti manji.

Iz prve tranše, poručio je u srijedu potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar financija Zdravko Marić, financirat će se projekti koji su u visokoj fazi dovršenosti, a novac će se dijeliti ovisno o natječajima.

Projekti su vezani uz digitalnu i zelenu transformaciju javnog i privatnog sektora, poput onih u prerađivačkoj industriji, kod vodnog gospodarstva, gradit će se vrtići i škole, tvrtka Rimac dobit će sredstva za razvoj autonomnog vozila, dio novca potrošit će se i na energetsku učinkovitost, obnovu zgrada nakon potresa i na subvencionirane kredite poduzetnicima.

- Rok je do sredine 2026. i brzina i efikasnost su ključ. Sada smo ušli u izazovnu fazu implementacije, a oni koji ispunjavaju uvjete i koji su spremni dobit će sredstva - poručio je Marić.

U Vladi smatraju kako su ovaj predujam i činjenica da je isti dan odlučeno kako Hrvati više neće trebati vize za SAD dva velika vanjskopolitička postignuća za Hrvatsku. Najkasnije od 1. prosinca Hrvatima više neće trebati vize za Ameriku, što će olakšati putovanja, ali bi trebalo potaknuti i gospodarsku razmjenu. Hrvatska će tako biti tek 40. svjetska država koja sa SAD-om ulazi u bezvizni režim, dok, primjerice, neke država članice EU, poput Bugarske, Rumunjske ili Cipra još uvijek nisu u tom društvu.

- Ovo je bio dan bez presedana na vanjskopolitičkom planu. Ispunili smo sve obveze u roku i dobili predujam. To nam jamči sigurnu polugu za gospodarski razvoj u narednom desetljeću, a učvrstili smo i položaj sa SAD-om jer smo dugo čekali na ukidanje viza. Preostaju nam još euro i Schengen kao vanjskopolitički prioriteti - poručuju iz Vlade.

Hrvatska do kraja godine planira financirati pedesetak projekata od 818 milijuna eura koje je Europska komisija u utorak uplatila u domaći proračun kao predujam od 13 posto od ukupnih sredstava koja iznose 6,3 milijarde eura, a namijenjena su za oporavak i otpornost nakon covid-krize.

To je ujedno i najveća pojedinačna uplata sredstava EU u proračun otkad je Hrvatska članica.

Hrvatska je prema veličini gospodarstva iz Mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost dobila najveća sredstva, a 13. je država članica kojoj je uplaćen predujam.

Dinamika i visina sljedećih rata ovisit će o ispunjavanju kriterija, pa tako do kraja godine imamo obvezu izvršiti 34 mjerila koja se sastoje od reformi i investicija. Ako sve ispunimo, sredinom iduće godine stiže još 700 milijuna eura, a ako ne, onda će ta...
