Je li budućnost “hotela na moru“ u Splitu ove sezone neizvjesna, ili se djelatnicima nautičkog turizma ovo ljeto ipak smiješi sretniji scenarij nego prošle turističke sezone, kada je zabilježen značajan pad posla u odnosu na prethodne godine, saznat ćemo u nadolazećim mjesecima.

Sunce, more, dobro društvo i uvale od kojih zastaje dah, raj su za strane i domaće turiste koji žude napuniti baterije prirodnim ljepotama Dalmacije. Godinama je čarter turizam cvjetao, gosti su uživali, a zaposlenici firmi, kažu, ostatak godine živjeli su sasvim ugodno.

Koronakriza prošlog ljeta promijenila je “pravila igre“, a turistički sektor je uzdrman.

Hoće li ove godine situacija biti bolja, kako stoje s rezervacijama i imaju li gosti neke posebne zahtjeve s obzirom na epidemiološku situaciju, pitali smo menadžere i direktore agencija u gradu pod Marjanom.

- Nije stvar u rezervacijama, meni su one išle i do sada, pitanje je hoće li ljudi doći. Šesti mjesec se počeo odgađati za dogodine, a letova nema. Amerikancima država ne preporučuje putovanja i to je problem. Gotovo cijeli šesti mjesec mi je otkazan - kaže nam Helena Čatipović, menadžerica putničke agencije specijalizirane za čarter jahte s posadom i naglašava da su skuplji brodovi popunjeni jer takav tip “mušterija“ rezervira mjesto puno ranije.

Vjetar u leđa

- Gosti se prebacuju na ovu sezonu. Dodatan vjetar u leđa je što Englezi od 21. lipnja mogu putovati. Sigurno će sezona biti bolja nego prošla, ali fali dobrih letova. Splitski aerodrom nema potvrđenih letova iz inozemstva, a Dubrovnik ih, primjerice, ima – naglašava Čatipović.

Što se tiče cijepljenja, kaže da je procijepljena posada norma za dolazak gostiju.

- Tako traže i preporuke restorana. Ako prelete pola zemaljske kugle kako bi došli na sigurno mjesto za odmor, očekuju cijepljenje. To je pravilo ako se baviš turizmom. Ljude zanima kako se vrši dezinfekcija, galantno im se objašnjava da su sigurni, to ih smiruje – objašnjava Čatipović.

Karmen Hrvatić, direktorica poslovnice za luksuzna putovanja, slaže se da se turizam odgađa na početak srpnja.

- Rezervacija luksuznih jahti? Sve je to još usitno sad. Prevladavaju upiti za sedmi, osmi mjesec, jer ljudi misle da će tada biti sigurni. Ove godine česti su upiti hoće li skiperi i hostese biti cijepljeni – tvrdi sugovornica.

Sezoni se ne nada Igor Eberhkardt, menadžer poslovnice luksuznih plovila, jer su prošle godine imali pad prihoda za 78 posto u odnosu na 2019.

- Rezervacije su na razini nule. Sve će ovo biti last minute rezervacije kad je cijena niža. Idemo bez očekivanja jer možemo se samo razočarati – kaže Eberhkardt i naglašava da ishod ne ovisi o iznajmljivačima jer oni su napravili sve da spase sezonu.

Veći promet, manja zarada

U stranim zemljama su, ističe, mjere puno rigoroznije, a Hrvati su “nonšalantni“.

- Ja sam se vratio iz Münchena, tamo ne možeš ući u trgovinu bez testiranja - testiraju te ispred dućana.

Hoćemo li dobiti plus što smo cijepljeni?

- Možda, ako bude bilo gostiju uopće. Nismo pretjerani pesimisti, ali ni optimisti – tvrdi menadžer prodaje.

Željka Muštra, direktorica marketinga i prodaje u tvrtki za luksuzna putovanja "Calvados Club" tvrdi da su bogati gosti već krenuli na krstarenja Jadranom!

- Većina naših gostiju su Amerikanci i Latinoamerikanci. Kada je situacija u SAD-u krenula u dobrom smjeru s cijepljenjem, počeli smo dobivati upite. Najveći vjetar u leđa nam je direktna linija Dubrovnik - New York, što je najveća stvar za hrvatski turizam u zadnjih deset godina. Već sada imamo goste visoke platežne moći, radimo punom parom - navodi Muštra.

Ante Ćurković, vlasnik tvrtke koja se bavi iznajmljivanjem jahti, primijetio je zanimljiv “fenomen“. Prošle godine poslovnica je zabilježila najveći broj rezervacija, a pad prihoda je bio manji za 70 posto u odnosu na godinu ranije.

- Sezona će biti bolja nego pošle godine, bit će dulja. Činjenica je da se skuplji brodovi bukiraju šest mjeseci ranije, a u zadnjem trenutku, kada je cijena manja za 60 posto, rezerviraju naši. Čujte ovo, ljudima je isplativije u zadnji tren unajmiti jedrilicu koja je sigurna, nego hostel. Zabilježili smo najveći broj bookinga u prošloj sezoni, a što se tiče prihoda ona nije bila niti sjena 2019. – ističe Ćurković i zaključuje:

- Sezona će biti bolja za 30 posto od prethodne, ako ne zatvore opet u deveti mjesec. Od stranaca nemamo upita o cijepljenju, jer smo rigorozni i najsigurniji.

Je li budućnost “hotela na moru“ u Splitu ove sezone neizvjesna, ili se djelatnicima nautičkog turizma ovo ljeto ipak smiješi sretniji scenarij nego prošle turističke sezone, kada je zabilježen značajan pad posla u odnosu na prethodne godine, saznat ćemo u nadolazećim mjesecima.

Sunce, more, dobro društvo i uvale od kojih zastaje dah, raj su za strane i domaće turiste koji žude napuniti baterije prirodnim ljepotama Dalmacije. Godinama je čarter turizam cvjetao, gosti su uživali, a zaposlenici firmi, kažu, ostatak godine živjeli su sasvim ugodno.

Koronakriza prošlog ljeta promijenila je “pravila igre“, a turistički sektor je uzdrman.

Hoće li ove godine situacija biti bolja, kako stoje s rezervacijama i imaju li gosti neke posebne zahtjeve s obzirom na epidemiološku situaciju, pitali smo menadžere i direktore agencija u gradu pod Marjanom.

- Nije stvar u rezervacijama, meni su one išle i do sada, pitanje je hoće li ljudi doći. Šesti mjesec se počeo odgađati za dogodine, a letova nema. Amerikancima država ne preporučuje putovanja i to je problem. Gotovo cijeli šesti mjesec mi je otkazan - kaže nam Helena Čatipović, menadžerica putničke agencije specijalizirane za čarter jahte s posadom i naglašava da su skuplji brodovi popunjeni jer takav tip “mušterija“ rezervira mjesto puno ranije.

Vjetar u leđa

- Gosti se prebacuju na ovu sezonu. Dodatan vjetar u leđa je što Englezi od 21. lipnja mogu putovati. Sigurno će sezona biti bolja nego prošla, ali fali dobrih letova. Splitski aerodrom nema potvrđenih letova iz inozemstva, a Dubrovnik ih, primjerice, ima – naglašava Čatipović.

Što se tiče cijepljenja, kaže da je procijepljena posada norma za dolazak gostiju.

- Tako traže i preporuke restorana. Ako prelete pola zemaljske kugle kako bi došli na sigurno mjesto za odmor, očekuju cijepljenje. To je pravilo ako se baviš turizmom. Ljude zanima kako se vrši dezinfekcija, galantno im se objašnjava da su sigurni, to ih smiruje – objašnjava Čatipović.

Karmen Hrvatić, direktorica poslovnice za luksuzna putovanja, slaže se da se turizam odgađa na početak srpnja.

- Rezervacija luksuznih jahti? Sve je to još usitno sad. Prevladavaju upiti za sedmi, osmi mjesec, jer ljudi misle da će tada biti sigurni. Ove godine česti su upiti hoće li skiperi i hostese biti cijepljeni – tvrdi sugovornica.

Sezoni se ne nada Igor Eberhkardt, menadžer poslovnice luksuznih plovila, jer su prošle godine imali pad prihoda za 78 posto u odnosu na 2019.

- Rezervacije su na razini nule. Sve će ovo biti last minute rezervacije kad je cijena niža. Idemo bez očekivanja jer možemo se samo razočarati – kaže Eberhkardt i naglašava da ishod ne ovisi o iznajmljivačima jer oni su napravili sve da spase sezonu.

Veći promet, manja zarada

U stranim zemljama su, ističe, mjere puno rigoroznije, a Hrvati su “nonšalantni“.

- Ja sam se vratio iz Münchena, tamo ne možeš ući u trgovinu bez testiranja - testiraju te ispred dućana.

Hoćemo li dobiti plus što smo cijepljeni?

- Možda, ako bude bilo gostiju uopće. Nismo pretjerani pesimisti, ali ni optimisti – tvrdi menadžer prodaje.

Željka Muštra, direktorica marketinga i prodaje u tvrtki za luksuzna putovanja "Calvados Club" tvrdi da su bogati gosti već krenuli na krstarenja Jadranom!

- Većina naših gostiju su Amerikanci i Latinoamerikanci. Kada je situacija u SAD-u krenula u dobrom smjeru s cijepljenjem, počeli smo dobivati upite. Najveći vjetar u leđa nam je direktna linija Dubrovnik - New York, što je najveća stvar za hrvatski turizam u zadnjih deset godina. Već sada imamo goste visoke platežne moći, radimo punom parom - navodi Muštra.

Ante Ćurković, vlasnik tvrtke koja se bavi iznajmljivanjem jahti, primijetio je zanimljiv “fenomen“. Prošle godine poslovnica je zabilježila najveći broj rezervacija, a pad prihoda je bio manji za 70 posto u odnosu na godinu ranije.

- Sezona će biti bolja nego pošle godine, bit će dulja. Činjenica je da se skuplji brodovi bukiraju šest mjeseci ranije, a u zadnjem trenutku, kada je cijena manja za 60 posto, rezerviraju naši. Čujte ovo, ljudima je isplativije u zadnji tren unajmiti jedrilicu koja je sigurna, nego hostel. Zabilježili smo najveći broj bookinga u prošloj sezoni, a što se tiče prihoda ona nije bila niti sjena 2019. – ističe Ćurković i zaključuje:

- Sezona će biti bolja za 30 posto od prethodne, ako ne zatvore opet u deveti mjesec. Od stranaca nemamo upita o cijepljenju, jer smo rigorozni i najsigurniji.
