Jeziva tragedija na pruzi u Kaštel Gomilici u kojoj je pod naletom teretnog vlaka stradao srednjoškolac, navodno hodajući prugom sa slušalicama na ušima zbog čega nije mogao čuti škripu, kočenje i trubljenje strojovođe, zavila je u crno njegovu obitelj, rodbinu i prijatelje s kojima se tog kobnog ponedjeljka trebao sastati na igralištu GOŠK-a i zaigrati nogomet. Gomilica tuguje zbog ugaslog mladog života, a teret na duši ostao je nemoćnom strojovođi, koji, uz sve napore, nije mogao izbjeći tragediju.

- Nažalost, ovog mladića iz Kaštela više nema i njegovim roditeljima je grozno. Strojovođa će se, uz malo sreće, zaliječiti, iako se trenutno, prema informacijama koje imam, baš ne osjeća dobro - kazao nam je Dalibor Petrović, zamjenik predsjednika Sindikata strojovođa Hrvatske, potresen kaštelanskom tragedijom. Nažalost, već slične su se događale i događat će se, teško će ih, smatra, biti moguće izbjeći. U slučaju strojovođa takvo što spada pod rizik posla s čijim se posljedicama nose kako znaju i umiju.

- Uvijek je to teška situacija za kolege. Neki ljudi to uspiju potisnuti, a imamo i slučajeva da ljudi nakon deset godina počinju ružno sanjati i sve im se vraća. Neki, poput mog kolege u Bjelovaru, završe osam mjeseci na bolovanju i teškim antidepresivima. Teško je gledati kako će netko poginuti, a vi mu ne možete pomoći. Osjećate krivnju, a ne možete ništa i nemoćni ste to spriječiti. Potrebno vam je, u najoptimističnijoj varijanti, najmanje 500 metara da stanete, a ne možete. Sve ovisi o konfiguraciji terena... Tamo u Kaštelima je i nagib, pruga se spušta prema Splitu, taj teret gura vlak, a iza sebe je sigurno imao 1000-1500 tona - procjenjuje Petrović.

Osobno je, još 1994., kao mladi strojovođa, negdje ispod Škrljeva na putu prema Rijeci pregazio čovjeka koji mu se bacio pod vlak. Imao je sreće što mu je na uviđaj došao normalan istražni sudac čije je prvo pitanje bilo: "Dobar dan, jeste li vi dobro?"

- A tek onda je rekao da idemo napraviti alkotest. Još nije bilo dregera, puhali smo balone. Tri dana nakon toga bio sam kući, kako bih malo došao k sebi. I relativno dobro sam to podnio. Nekad za nas nije bilo toliko maltretiranja kao danas. Dečko je, pokoj mu duši, hodao sa slušalicama... A organi nakon užasne tragedije šokiranog strojovođu još dodatno maltretiraju vodeći ga na vađenje krvi. Jer netko je u zakonu rekao da kod nesreća treba provjeriti prisutnost alkohola u organizmu. Pa ne mora ga se voditi na vađenje krvi, možete mu eventualnu alkoholiziranost provjeriti dregerom. Ali sudac istrage se, da mu netko ne bi nešto prigovarao, odlučio za vađenje krvi. Pa onda čovjeka u stanju šoka stavljaju u kombi, vode ga na Firule... Onda mu kažu da hoda po ravnoj liniji da vide je li bio sposoban. Kao da je mogao zakočiti kad je vidio sirotog momka. A svi znamo da ne može stati na manje od 500 metara. Pa nama je veći problem postupanje državnih organa nego išta drugo u toj situaciji. To izaziva frustraciju - ljuti se Petrović, dodajući da se kolege strojovođe nakon tragedija na pruzi sa smrtnim ishodom, kasnije kroz život, različito nose s traumama. U kolektivnom su ugovoru, objašnjava, uglavili da strojovođa u takvim slučajevima ima pet plaćenih slobodnih dana, da se uspije, što bi u Dalmaciji rekli, rekuperati. A psihološka pomoć?!

Psihološka pomoć

- Nije vam ova država baš nešto osjetljiva prema radnicima. Teško glavonje, koji sjede po kancelarijama, razumiju tu situaciju. HŽ Cargo i HŽ Putnički prijevoz uglavnom osiguraju nekakvu psihološku pomoć strojovođama i ne prave problem ako nakon takvih trauma završe na bolovanju, te mu isplate odštetu za bolovanje. Ali ako je u pitanju privatna tvrtka, onda nema priče – ili možeš vozit' il' ne možeš. Bilo je kolega koji su zbog takvih situacija odustajali od posla. Imali smo strojovođu koji je vozio tri godine, imao nesreću i nikad se više nije popeo na vlak. Nekad je tvrtka imala razumijevanja za takvog čovjeka, pa mu je našla drugo radno mjesto. Danas mu ne nađe ništa nego: "Mrš kući" - govori Petrović. Na pamet mu padaju strahote koje je proživio strojovođa Željko Sabo iz Bjelovara, pod čijim je vlakom stradalo sedmero ljudi, među njima i jedno dijete. U dva slučaja u pitanju su bila samoubojstva, u preostala dva prometne nesreće na pružnim prijelazima.

- On se, svaki put kad o tome priča, trese i plače. Imali smo i u Zagrebu kolegu Nediljka Pericu s 14 žrtava... Neki se lakše nose s tim, poput Nediljka. Jest mu to stres kad se svega sjeti, ali je to relativno dobro prebolio. Ali imali smo i strojovođu u Zagrebu koji je vidio kako je drugi kolega pregazio čovjeka i za pet dana dao otkaz, u strahu da mu se ne dogodi isto. I danas radi neki sasvim drugi posao, a ne vozi vlak, za što se školovao - kaže Dalibor Petrović.

Jeziva tragedija na pruzi u Kaštel Gomilici u kojoj je pod naletom teretnog vlaka stradao srednjoškolac, navodno hodajući prugom sa slušalicama na ušima zbog čega nije mogao čuti škripu, kočenje i trubljenje strojovođe, zavila je u crno njegovu obitelj, rodbinu i prijatelje s kojima se tog kobnog ponedjeljka trebao sastati na igralištu GOŠK-a i zaigrati nogomet. Gomilica tuguje zbog ugaslog mladog života, a teret na duši ostao je nemoćnom strojovođi, koji, uz sve napore, nije mogao izbjeći tragediju.

- Nažalost, ovog mladića iz Kaštela više nema i njegovim roditeljima je grozno. Strojovođa će se, uz malo sreće, zaliječiti, iako se trenutno, prema informacijama koje imam, baš ne osjeća dobro - kazao nam je Dalibor Petrović, zamjenik predsjednika Sindikata strojovođa Hrvatske, potresen kaštelanskom tragedijom. Nažalost, već slične su se događale i događat će se, teško će ih, smatra, biti moguće izbjeći. U slučaju strojovođa takvo što spada pod rizik posla s čijim se posljedicama nose kako znaju i umiju.

- Uvijek je to teška situacija za kolege. Neki ljudi to uspiju potisnuti, a imamo i slučajeva da ljudi nakon deset godina počinju ružno sanjati i sve im se vraća. Neki, poput mog kolege u Bjelovaru, završe osam mjeseci na bolovanju i teškim antidepresivima. Teško je gledati kako će netko poginuti, a vi mu ne možete pomoći. Osjećate krivnju, a ne možete ništa i nemoćni ste to spriječiti. Potrebno vam je, u najoptimističnijoj varijanti, najmanje 500 metara da stanete, a ne možete. Sve ovisi o konfiguraciji terena... Tamo u Kaštelima je i nagib, pruga se spušta prema Splitu, taj teret gura vlak, a iza sebe je sigurno imao 1000-1500 tona - procjenjuje Petrović.

Osobno je, još 1994., kao mladi strojovođa, negdje ispod Škrljeva na putu prema Rijeci pregazio čovjeka koji mu se bacio pod vlak. Imao je sreće što mu je na uviđaj došao normalan istražni sudac čije je prvo pitanje bilo: "Dobar dan, jeste li vi dobro?"

- A tek onda je rekao da idemo napraviti alkotest. Još nije bilo dregera, puhali smo balone. Tri dana nakon toga bio sam kući, kako bih malo došao k sebi. I relativno dobro sam to podnio. Nekad za nas nije bilo toliko maltretiranja kao danas. Dečko je, pokoj mu duši, hodao sa slušalicama... A organi nakon užasne tragedije šokiranog strojovođu još dodatno maltretiraju vodeći ga na vađenje krvi. Jer netko je u zakonu rekao da kod nesreća treba provjeriti prisutnost alkohola u organizmu. Pa ne mora ga se voditi na vađenje krvi, možete mu eventualnu alkoholiziranost provjeriti dregerom. Ali sudac istrage se, da mu netko ne bi nešto prigovarao, odlučio za vađenje krvi. Pa onda čovjeka u stanju šoka stavljaju u kombi, vode ga na Firule... Onda mu kažu da hoda po ravnoj liniji da vide je li bio sposoban. Kao da je mogao zakočiti kad je vidio sirotog momka. A svi znamo da ne može stati na manje od 500 metara. Pa nama je veći problem postupanje državnih organa nego išta drugo u toj situaciji. To izaziva frustraciju - ljuti se Petrović, dodajući da se kolege strojovođe nakon tragedija na pruzi sa smrtnim ishodom, kasnije kroz život, različito nose s traumama. U kolektivnom su ugovoru, objašnjava, uglavili da strojovođa u takvim slučajevima ima pet plaćenih slobodnih dana, da se uspije, što bi u Dalmaciji rekli, rekuperati. A psihološka pomoć?!

Psihološka pomoć

- Nije vam ova država baš nešto osjetljiva prema radnicima. Teško glavonje, koji sjede po kancelarijama, razumiju tu situaciju. HŽ Cargo i HŽ Putnički prijevoz uglavnom osiguraju nekakvu psihološku pomoć strojovođama i ne prave problem ako nakon takvih trauma završe na bolovanju, te mu isplate odštetu za bolovanje. Ali ako je u pitanju privatna tvrtka, onda nema priče – ili možeš vozit' il' ne možeš. Bilo je kolega koji su zbog takvih situacija odustajali od posla. Imali smo strojovođu koji je vozio tri godine, imao nesreću i nikad se više nije popeo na vlak. Nekad je tvrtka imala razumijevanja za takvog čovjeka, pa mu je našla drugo radno mjesto. Danas mu ne nađe ništa nego: "Mrš kući" - govori Petrović. Na pamet mu padaju strahote koje je proživio strojovođa Željko Sabo iz Bjelovara, pod čijim je vlakom stradalo sedmero ljudi, među njima i jedno dijete. U dva slučaja u pitanju su bila samoubojstva, u preostala dva prometne nesreće na pružnim prijelazima.

- On se, svaki put kad o tome priča, trese i plače. Imali smo i u Zagrebu kolegu Nediljka Pericu s 14 žrtava... Neki se lakše nose s tim, poput Nediljka. Jest mu to stres kad se svega sjeti, ali je to relativno dobro prebolio. Ali imali smo i strojovođu u Zagrebu koji je vidio kako je drugi kolega pregazio čovjeka i za pet dana dao otkaz, u strahu da mu se ne dogodi isto. I danas radi neki sasvim drugi posao, a ne vozi vlak, za što se školovao - kaže Dalibor Petrović.
