Iako je u dosadašnjih pet krugova porezne reforme ostvaren napredak, daljnje porezno rasterećenje je nužno, istaknuto je u petak na konferenciji AmChama "Porezna politika za rast gospodarstva", pri čemu je ravnatelj Porezne uprave Božidar Kutleša najavio da će tih rasterećenja i biti.

Kutleša je predstavio rezultate porezne reforme, provedene u pet krugova, od 1. siječnja 2017. do 1. siječnja 2021. godine, u kojoj su građani i poduzetnici rasterećeni za 10,1 milijardu kuna.

Vjeruje da su se kroz poreznu reformu ostvarili ciljevi poput prilagodljivosti tog sustava, njegove jednostavnosti i pravednosti, kao i manjeg administrativnog opterećenja.

Između ostalog, podsjetio je na smanjenje poreza na dobit, kojega sada po stopi od 10 posto plaća oko 93 posto poduzetnika, a kod poreza na dobit na povećanje osobnog odbitka na četiri tisuće kuna, smanjenje stopa toga poreza, kao i ukidanje poreza na dohodak mladima do 25 godina i smanjenje tog poreza za 50 posto mladima do 30 godina.

Tako će ukupan povrat više uplaćenog poreza i prireza na dohodak za 2020. iznositi oko dvije milijarde kuna, od čega se oko 700 milijuna kuna odnosi na olakšicu za mlade osobe, istaknuo je ravnatelj Porezne uprave. 

Smatra da su lani dali stimulans gospodarskoj aktivnosti te pridonijeli očuvanju zaposlenosti i rastu plaća, a putem i mjera odgode davanja, kao i otpisa dugova.

Najavio je i da će u nadolazećim godinama doći do novih poreznih rasterećenja.

"Ne libimo se daljnjih reformi i krugova poreznog rasterećenja, ako ne ove godine, onda sigurno u nadolazećim godinama prije isteka mandata, iz jednostavnog razloga jer za tim vidimo jednu potrebu i mogućnost", izjavio je Kutleša, koji je između ostalog podsjetio i na obećanje Vlade da će do kraja mandata ukinuti porez na promet nekretnina.

"Smanjenje javnog duga otvara prostor daljnjim poreznim rasterećenjima"

Josip Funda iz Svjetske banke, pak, smatra da u idućoj, možda čak i u 2023. godini, ne bi trebalo ići u daljnja porezna rasterećenja, a zbog stanja javnih financija, prije svega javnog duga koji iznosi gotovo 90 posto BDP-a.

"Moramo se usredotočiti na smanjenje tog javnog duga, što onda otvara prostor daljnjem rasterećenju gospodarstva, koje je stvarno nužno", ustvrdio je. 

Zahvaljujući i potporama Vlade, u koronakrizi je očuvana razina zaposlenosti i to je jedan aspekt koji ovu krizu razlikuje od one globalne financijske iz 2009. godine. Drugi aspekt razlikovanja odnosi se na brzinu oporavka pa je, za razliku od šest recesijskih godina iz ranije krize, oporavak od ove krize već krenuo, apostrofirao je Funda.

Svjetska banka tako prognozira rast hrvatskog gospodarstva u ovoj godini za oko šest posto pa bi se ono na pretkriznu razinu iz 2019. moglo vratiti već 2022. godine. No, to ovisi i o tomu hoće li Hrvatska na jesen uspjeti izbjeći novi val širenja zaraze koronavirusom, rekao je Funda.

Relativno visoke stope rasta hrvatskog gospodarstva očekuju i u nadolazećim godinama, podržane velikim količinama dostupnih europskih sredstava.

No, s druge strane, naglasio je Funda, mora se raditi na podizanju potencijalnog rasta hrvatskog gospodarstva, pri čemu je ključno da Vlada djeluje u smjeru promjene u strukturi gospodarstva, da što je moguće više rastereti ulaganje u ljudski kapital, kao i da provede reforme pravosuđa, javne uprave i obrazovanja.

"Opterećenje poreza na rad u našoj ekonomiji je još uvijek previsoko"

Helena Schmidt iz odjela poreznog savjetovanja u tvrtki Deloitte ustvrdila je da po oporezivanju rada Hrvatska nije konkurentna zemljama u okruženju te je tu potreban napredak, a smatra i da će svi vjerojatno biti neugodno iznenađeni kad se objave nove statistike o broju stanovnika u Hrvatskoj.

"Porezna politika je tu jedan segment, gdje se moramo boriti za svakog čovjeka. Opterećenje poreza na rad u našoj ekonomiji je još uvijek previsoko", istaknula je Schmidt.

Član Uprave tvrtke Philip Morris Zagreb Stanko Kršlović rekao je da se treba obratiti pažnja i na samu kvalitetu poreznih promjena, s obzirom na okolinu i dinamiku promjena, pri čemu se poreze treba promatrati u kontekstu ukupnog društvenog utjecaja, poput socijalnog, okolišnog ili zdravstvenog.

Izvršna direktorica Američke gospodarske komore u Hrvatskoj (AmCham) Andrea Doko Jelušić rekla je da je porezna politika značajan alat gospodarske politike za rast i zadržavanje radne snage. 

Predsjednica Vijeća upravitelja AmChama Ruža Tomić Fontana podsjetila je na istraživanje komore o poslovnom okruženju s početka ove godine, koje je i ovaj put pokazalo da je oporezivanje i dalje jedan od glavnih ograničavajućih faktora poslovanja u Hrvatskoj.

No, pozdravila je dosadašnje mjere i ustvrdila da je učinak dosadašnjih poreznih rasterećenja vidljiv. Međutim, u AmChamu smatraju da je daljnje porezno rasterećenje nužno, posebno ono usmjereno na privlačenje ulaganja i veću konkurentnost hrvatskih poslodavaca.

Iako je u dosadašnjih pet krugova porezne reforme ostvaren napredak, daljnje porezno rasterećenje je nužno, istaknuto je u petak na konferenciji AmChama "Porezna politika za rast gospodarstva", pri čemu je ravnatelj Porezne uprave Božidar Kutleša najavio da će tih rasterećenja i biti.

Kutleša je predstavio rezultate porezne reforme, provedene u pet krugova, od 1. siječnja 2017. do 1. siječnja 2021. godine, u kojoj su građani i poduzetnici rasterećeni za 10,1 milijardu kuna.

Vjeruje da su se kroz poreznu reformu ostvarili ciljevi poput prilagodljivosti tog sustava, njegove jednostavnosti i pravednosti, kao i manjeg administrativnog opterećenja.

Između ostalog, podsjetio je na smanjenje poreza na dobit, kojega sada po stopi od 10 posto plaća oko 93 posto poduzetnika, a kod poreza na dobit na povećanje osobnog odbitka na četiri tisuće kuna, smanjenje stopa toga poreza, kao i ukidanje poreza na dohodak mladima do 25 godina i smanjenje tog poreza za 50 posto mladima do 30 godina.

Tako će ukupan povrat više uplaćenog poreza i prireza na dohodak za 2020. iznositi oko dvije milijarde kuna, od čega se oko 700 milijuna kuna odnosi na olakšicu za mlade osobe, istaknuo je ravnatelj Porezne uprave. 

Smatra da su lani dali stimulans gospodarskoj aktivnosti te pridonijeli očuvanju zaposlenosti i rastu plaća, a putem i mjera odgode davanja, kao i otpisa dugova.

Najavio je i da će u nadolazećim godinama doći do novih poreznih rasterećenja.

"Ne libimo se daljnjih reformi i krugova poreznog rasterećenja, ako ne ove godine, onda sigurno u nadolazećim godinama prije isteka mandata, iz jednostavnog razloga jer za tim vidimo jednu potrebu i mogućnost", izjavio je Kutleša, koji je između ostalog podsjetio i na obećanje Vlade da će do kraja mandata ukinuti porez na promet nekretnina.

"Smanjenje javnog duga otvara prostor daljnjim poreznim rasterećenjima"

Josip Funda iz Svjetske banke, pak, smatra da u idućoj, možda čak i u 2023. godini, ne bi trebalo ići u daljnja porezna rasterećenja, a zbog stanja javnih financija, prije svega javnog duga koji iznosi gotovo 90 posto BDP-a.

"Moramo se usredotočiti na smanjenje tog javnog duga, što onda otvara prostor daljnjem rasterećenju gospodarstva, koje je stvarno nužno", ustvrdio je. 

Zahvaljujući i potporama Vlade, u koronakrizi je očuvana razina zaposlenosti i to je jedan aspekt koji ovu krizu razlikuje od one globalne financijske iz 2009. godine. Drugi aspekt razlikovanja odnosi se na brzinu oporavka pa je, za razliku od šest recesijskih godina iz ranije krize, oporavak od ove krize već krenuo, apostrofirao je Funda.

Svjetska banka tako prognozira rast hrvatskog gospodarstva u ovoj godini za oko šest posto pa bi se ono na pretkriznu razinu iz 2019. moglo vratiti već 2022. godine. No, to ovisi i o tomu hoće li Hrvatska na jesen uspjeti izbjeći novi val širenja zaraze koronavirusom, rekao je Funda.

Relativno visoke stope rasta hrvatskog gospodarstva očekuju i u nadolazećim godinama, podržane velikim količinama dostupnih europskih sredstava.

No, s druge strane, naglasio je Funda, mora se raditi na podizanju potencijalnog rasta hrvatskog gospodarstva, pri čemu je ključno da Vlada djeluje u smjeru promjene u strukturi gospodarstva, da što je moguće više rastereti ulaganje u ljudski kapital, kao i da provede reforme pravosuđa, javne uprave i obrazovanja.

"Opterećenje poreza na rad u našoj ekonomiji je još uvijek previsoko"

Helena Schmidt iz odjela poreznog savjetovanja u tvrtki Deloitte ustvrdila je da po oporezivanju rada Hrvatska nije konkurentna zemljama u okruženju te je tu potreban napredak, a smatra i da će svi vjerojatno biti neugodno iznenađeni kad se objave nove statistike o broju stanovnika u Hrvatskoj.

"Porezna politika je tu jedan segment, gdje se moramo boriti za svakog čovjeka. Opterećenje poreza na rad u našoj ekonomiji je još uvijek previsoko", istaknula je Schmidt.

Član Uprave tvrtke Philip Morris Zagreb Stanko Kršlović rekao je da se treba obratiti pažnja i na samu kvalitetu poreznih promjena, s obzirom na okolinu i dinamiku promjena, pri čemu se poreze treba promatrati u kontekstu ukupnog društvenog utjecaja, poput socijalnog, okolišnog ili zdravstvenog.

Izvršna direktorica Američke gospodarske komore u Hrvatskoj (AmCham) Andrea Doko Jelušić rekla je da je porezna politika značajan alat gospodarske politike za rast i zadržavanje radne snage. 

Predsjednica Vijeća upravitelja AmChama Ruža Tomić Fontana podsjetila je na istraživanje komore o poslovnom okruženju s početka ove godine, koje je i ovaj put pokazalo da je oporezivanje i dalje jedan od glavnih ograničavajućih faktora poslovanja u Hrvatskoj.

No, pozdravila je dosadašnje mjere i ustvrdila da je učinak dosadašnjih poreznih rasterećenja vidljiv. Međutim, u AmChamu smatraju da je daljnje porezno rasterećenje nužno, posebno ono usmjereno na privlačenje ulaganja i veću konkurentnost hrvatskih poslodavaca.

Iako je u dosadašnjih pet krugova porezne reforme ostvaren napredak, daljnje porezno rasterećenje je nužno, istaknuto je u petak na konferenciji AmChama "Porezna politika za rast gospodarstva", pri čemu je ravnatelj Porezne uprave Božidar Kutleša najavio da će tih rasterećenja i biti.

Kutleša je predstavio rezultate porezne reforme, provedene u pet krugova, od 1. siječnja 2017. do 1. siječnja 2021. godine, u kojoj su građani i poduzetnici rasterećeni za 10,1 milijardu kuna.

Vjeruje da su se kroz poreznu reformu ostvarili ciljevi poput prilagodljivosti tog sustava, njegove jednostavnosti i pravednosti, kao i manjeg administrativnog opterećenja.
