Izjava splitskog gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare koju je jučer dao na otvaranju izložbe radova studenata arhitekture “Waterfront – uvala Spinut”, da se u njegovom mandatu neće raspisati urbanističko arhitektonski natječaj za gradski projekt uređenja uvale Spinut, izazvala je oštru reakciju Udruge za zaštitu prava vlasništva na području Spinuta.

- Izjava gradonačelnika koji je rekao da se ne može ništa napraviti jer imovinsko pravni odnosi nisu riješeni je redikulozna - tvrdi Mirko Bego, tajnik Udruge.

- Vlasnički odnosi su odavno riješeni. Imamo kod sebe sve vlasnike zemljišta. Vraćeno je oko 50.000 četvornih metara i uknjiženo u zemljišnim knjigama. Mi smo ogorčeni, jer je ovo već treća gradska vlast čiji mandat prolazi, a da se nije pomaknuo ni centimetar ka rješenju i realizaciji projekta Spinut.

Žnjan je nakon odlaska pape riješen vrlo brzo, od poljoprivrednog zemljišta je stvorena turistička zona. Ljudi su napravili stanove i apartmane i stvorili veliku vrijednost. Ne može se jedan kraj grada učiniti bogatim, a drugi kraj držati siromašnim. Ako Grad u najkraćem roku neće ništa riješiti, onda neka isplate vlasnike zemljišta po tržišnoj cijeni. Inače ćemo poduzeti sve pravne korake da nas se isplati. Ili tužbom, ili nekim drugim pravnim sredstvima - napominje Mirko Bego.

Iz Udruge traže da se parcele u njihovom vlasništvu izdvoje iz obuhvata Gradskog projekta Poljud, koji je u GUP-u zamišljen kao zona uglavnom sportskih sadržaja, a za koji već 15 godina nije pokrenut natječaj.

- Mi vlasnici zemljišta tražimo da nas se izdvoji iz Gradskog projekta i da naša zemljišta pređu u turističku zonu. Imamo čak od Gradskog kotara Spinut dopis s pečatom u kojem oni podržavaju naš zahtjev. Znači, želimo da se dio od Ulice sedam Kaštela, preko pumpne stanice dole, izdvoji i da to samostalno ide u realizaciju. Ako ne bude tako, zahtijevamo da nas se po hitnom postupku isplati po tržišnoj cijeni. - objašnjava Bego i dodaje kako se na Spinutu može dogoditi ista stvar kao s doktorom Kneževićem na TTTS-u.

- Mi spadamo pod Zakon o izvlaštenju. Ako ti zemlja služi za nečije više svrhe, onda te grad ili država moraju isplatiti u kratkom roku po tržišnoj cijeni prema procjeni tri sudska vještaka. Grad nama nije 10 ili 15 nije ništa isplatio. Ako idemo po tom Zakonu, možemo blokirati Grad, pa di su onda? - pitaju iz Udruge za zaštitu prava vlasništva na području Spinuta.

Pojasnimo kako je po GUP-u prostor ispod Ulice sedam Kaštela zona R1, te spada u područje sportsko rekreacijske namjene, odnosno predviđen je da bude sportski centar. Kad bi se raspisao natječaj u njemu se ne bi nalazili turistički sadržaji koje vlasnici zemljišta traže, jer su gradskim projektom tamo uglavnom predviđeni sportski i rekreacijski sadržaji te sanacija devastiranog obalnog područja.

Izjava splitskog gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare koju je jučer dao na otvaranju izložbe radova studenata arhitekture “Waterfront – uvala Spinut”, da se u njegovom mandatu neće raspisati urbanističko arhitektonski natječaj za gradski projekt uređenja uvale Spinut, izazvala je oštru reakciju Udruge za zaštitu prava vlasništva na području Spinuta.

- Izjava gradonačelnika koji je rekao da se ne može ništa napraviti jer imovinsko pravni odnosi nisu riješeni je redikulozna - tvrdi Mirko Bego, tajnik Udruge.

- Vlasnički odnosi su odavno riješeni. Imamo kod sebe sve vlasnike zemljišta. Vraćeno je oko 50.000 četvornih metara i uknjiženo u zemljišnim knjigama. Mi smo ogorčeni, jer je ovo već treća gradska vlast čiji mandat prolazi, a da se nije pomaknuo ni centimetar ka rješenju i realizaciji projekta Spinut.

Žnjan je nakon odlaska pape riješen vrlo brzo, od poljoprivrednog zemljišta je stvorena turistička zona. Ljudi su napravili stanove i apartmane i stvorili veliku vrijednost. Ne može se jedan kraj grada učiniti bogatim, a drugi kraj držati siromašnim. Ako Grad u najkraćem roku neće ništa riješiti, onda neka isplate vlasnike zemljišta po tržišnoj cijeni. Inače ćemo poduzeti sve pravne korake da nas se isplati. Ili tužbom, ili nekim drugim pravnim sredstvima - napominje Mirko Bego.

Iz Udruge traže da se parcele u njihovom vlasništvu izdvoje iz obuhvata Gradskog projekta Poljud, koji je u GUP-u zamišljen kao zona uglavnom sportskih sadržaja, a za koji već 15 godina nije pokrenut natječaj.

- Mi vlasnici zemljišta tražimo da nas se izdvoji iz Gradskog projekta i da naša zemljišta pređu u turističku zonu. Imamo čak od Gradskog kotara Spinut dopis s pečatom u kojem oni podržavaju naš zahtjev. Znači, želimo da se dio od Ulice sedam Kaštela, preko pumpne stanice dole, izdvoji i da to samostalno ide u realizaciju. Ako ne bude tako, zahtijevamo da nas se po hitnom postupku isplati po tržišnoj cijeni. - objašnjava Bego i dodaje kako se na Spinutu može dogoditi ista stvar kao s doktorom Kneževićem na TTTS-u.

- Mi spadamo pod Zakon o izvlaštenju. Ako ti zemlja služi za nečije više svrhe, onda te grad ili država moraju isplatiti u kratkom roku po tržišnoj cijeni prema procjeni tri sudska vještaka. Grad nama nije 10 ili 15 nije ništa isplatio. Ako idemo po tom Zakonu, možemo blokirati Grad, pa di su onda? - pitaju iz Udruge za zaštitu prava vlasništva na području Spinuta.

Pojasnimo kako je po GUP-u prostor ispod Ulice sedam Kaštela zona R1, te spada u područje sportsko rekreacijske namjene, odnosno predviđen je da bude sportski centar. Kad bi se raspisao natječaj u njemu se ne bi nalazili turistički sadržaji koje vlasnici zemljišta traže, jer su gradskim projektom tamo uglavnom predviđeni sportski i rekreacijski sadržaji te sanacija devastiranog obalnog područja.

Izjava splitskog gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare koju je jučer dao na otvaranju izložbe radova studenata arhitekture “Waterfront – uvala Spinut”, da se u njegovom mandatu neće raspisati urbanističko arhitektonski natječaj za gradski projekt uređenja uvale Spinut, izazvala je oštru reakciju Udruge za zaštitu prava vlasništva na području Spinuta.

- Izjava gradonačelnika koji je rekao da se ne može ništa napraviti jer imovinsko pravni odnosi nisu riješeni je redikulozna - tvrdi Mirko Bego, tajnik Udruge.
