Skroz mi je neugodno što se još, ni nakon više od mjesec dana, nismo dokopali novog, plaćenog i ispravnog televizora. Nekako, valjda je to u naravi okorjelih odlikaša, kad neki problem ne uspiješ riješiti iz prvog, drugog, trećeg ni trideset trećeg pokušaja, zaključiš da mora da je do tebe. Do koga bi bilo?
Do Sancta Domenice koja nam je isporučila rumbani uređaj, a onda neće da pošalje drugi, neće da pošalje lovu natrag, a neće ni da mukte popravi ono što na uređaju ne valja? I ne samo to, jasan dokaz da nije do njih nego do nas je i to što za popravak novog novcatog, ali neispravnog televizora traže dodatnih 340 eura. Ne može biti da oni muljaju! Mislim, neugodno mi je, majkemi mile. Mora biti da mi nešto radimo pogrešno...
Pitaju nas ljudi, a prosto im u očima vidim nepovjerenje, da šta je i kako je i šta ima novog glede i u svezi prokletog televizora. Ni njima ne ide u glavu da možeš kupiti nešto, platiti nešto, vratiti to neispravno nešto i onda ne znati šta ti dalje sljeduje. Osim ljutog zajeba!
- Bože, Eda – kaže Ljubica, moja najdraža omražena prijateljica, profesorica latinskog i tvrdokorna preljubnica – Pa to je kao da naručim Furlinu boršu i ona mi stigne pokidana...
- Što je poprilično nevjerojatna stvar za Furlu – rekoh ja.
- Pa da – reče ona, žena od skoro 60 koja je neshvatljivo zarobljena u tijelu studentice od 24 godine – to ti i govorim. Nevjerojatno! Ali ajde, recimo da se i to desi. Svaka normalna butiga ima rok od makar mjesec, a bogami i do tri mjeseca, da robu vratiš, da ti je zamijene ili ti vrate novac.
- E viš – rekoh mračno ja, studentica nepravedno zarobljena u tijelu babe od preko 60 – Ovi nisu normalni!
- Mislim – nastavlja ona dalje – pa neće potrganu boršu Furla ići štepati kod postolara...
- Torbara!
- Ma da – popravi ona cuf na čelu – kod torbara... Pa ti je vratiti proštepanu! Normalne butige ne samo da će ti poslati novu boršu nego će ti poslati i pismo isprike i popust od 15 posto na sljedeću narudžbu.
- E viš – umorno rekoh ja – ovi nude da mi televizor proštepa njihov ovlašteni torbar i da mi taj zahvat naplati 340 eura!
- Stvarno nevjerojatno! – reče Ljubica.
Možda sam krivo odgojena
Naravno da je nevjerojatno. Nevjerojatno je da, evo jučer, Zakoniti dođe doma iz subotnje šetnje i da me odmah s vrata izvijesti da se za našu situaciju s televizorom raspituju i ljudi koje nikad u životu nisam vidjela. Dobro, vidjela sam ih, ali... Ali nemam s njima nikakve odnošaje.
- Pita Đorđi Peruzović da šta nam je s televizorom – reče Zakoniti.
- Đorđi Peruzović? – blenem ja – koji Đorđi Peruzović?
- Pa onaj – potvrdi Zakoniti. – Koliko Đorđija Peruzovića ti znaš?
- A onoga, ‘di si bija kad je grmilo‘ – rekoh – i nijednog drugog. Ol ga ti poznaješ?
- Ma onako – reče Zakoniti – iz viđenja...
Jebate život! I estradne zvijezde iz prošlog milenija smilovale su se nad našom sudbom kletom! Pravo mi je neugodno...
- A šta tebi ima biti neugodno? – upita Zakoniti. – Pa jebateled... Nismo mi ništa krivo napravili. Osim šta nećemo da nas prave budalama i da nam uređaj od 570 eura naplate 910. Plus dostava!
- A isto mi je neugodno – pokunjim se – eto...
- Znaš šta? – reče on. – To su kod tebe ostaci socijalističkog odgoja i obrazovanja.
- Ma bogati! – ciknem ja. – Pa i ti si se odgajao i obrazovao u socijalizmu...
- Jesam – reče on – ali mene se nije toliko primio taj titovski duh.
Štajaznam, možda je i u pravu. Možda sam zbilja krivo odgojena. A možda je u me prodro dominantni duh demokratske Hrvatske u kojoj je običnom čovjeku najbolje da ne traži ništa, ne očekuje ništa, da se ne buni ni zbog čega, da se pokrije ušima i na pljačku kad mu se iz džepa naočigled izvlači lova. I samopouzdanje iz dna duše.
U međuvremenu, Zakoniti je na ruke Državnog inspektorata, područni ured Split, odjel Tržna inspekcija, uputio prijavu situacije koja je poznata i Đorđiju Peruzoviću i svekolikoj javnosti. Ni od njih, međutim, ni pisma ni razglednice! Dobro, imaju oni sigurno još pacijenata koji zahtijevaju hitnu intervenciju, garant, ali meni se svejedno oduljilo...
- A da pišete izravno Samsungu? – bubne Ljubica.
- Molim?!
- Dragi Samsunže... – krene ona – mislim, riječ je o njihovom televizoru, jel‘ tako?
- Je – potvrdim ja i zabuljim se u nju. Ima biti da u toj glavi prividne studentice ima i neočekivanog moždanog sadržaja...
Pojednostavnimo stvar
- Vidi – nastavi ona i namjesti se udobnije – trebaš gledati na stvari krajnje pojednostavljeno. Vratimo se, recimo, Furli...
- Jebala te Furla više – obrecnem se ja, znajući koliko košta borša rečenog brenda, ona šta sam je čeznutljivo gledala prošlog tjedna, a koja je opisana kao Furla Gerla Boston Bag... Košta kao televizor plus popravak televizora pa još jedno osamdeset eura... – Ne dodaji mi sol na ranu!
- Ali, Eda – razborito reče Ljubica – Vidi... Recimo da tu boršu kupiš kod neovisnog prodavača, tipa Sancta Domenica.
- Da kupim boršu u njih? – dignem pogled. – Jesi ti zdrave glave? U toj butigi više neću ni čačkalice kupiti!
- Bože mili – izvrne ona oči put plafonjere – ponekad si zbilja tupa. Uključi malo maštu... Kupiš boršu, borša ne valja, trgovac zapizdi i ponaša se ko ovaj tvoj iz Svete Nidilje...
- Nedelje! – popravim je ja. – Iz Svete Ne-de-lje!
- Jel‘? – zatrepće ona. – Ol ste televizor kupili u Srbiji?
- Znaš šta – odustanem ja – pustimo sad Nedilju i Nedelju, nije u Srbiji nego negdje gore, blizu Zagreba...
- Dobro – reče ona, općenito osjetljiva na ekavicu, što je i normalno za profesoricu latinskog – iz Svete Nedelje. Trgovac, dakle, zapizdi, zajebaje i tako to. Ja bih napisala ljubavno pismo Furli! Da znaju kako se taj Nedeljković ponaša prema njihovom brendu!
- Stvarno? – zatečeno upitam ja, ali shvaćajući da je Ljubica u pravu. – Pa da... Mislim, Samsungu je u interesu da ja budem zadovoljna, zar ne?
- Pa naravno – reče Ljubica – Još će ti se zahvaliti i poslati i TV i darak... Slušalice ili tako nešto.
- Ili boršu – rekoh ja – Boston Gerlu od 990 eura...
Ljubica me samo pogleda. A meni i dalje neugodno...

Skroz mi je neugodno što se još, ni nakon više od mjesec dana, nismo dokopali novog, plaćenog i ispravnog televizora. Nekako, valjda je to u naravi okorjelih odlikaša, kad neki problem ne uspiješ riješiti iz prvog, drugog, trećeg ni trideset trećeg pokušaja, zaključiš da mora da je do tebe. Do koga bi bilo?
Do Sancta Domenice koja nam je isporučila rumbani uređaj, a onda neće da pošalje drugi, neće da pošalje lovu natrag, a neće ni da mukte popravi ono što na uređaju ne valja? I ne samo to, jasan dokaz da nije do njih nego do nas je i to što za popravak novog novcatog, ali neispravnog televizora traže dodatnih 340 eura. Ne može biti da oni muljaju! Mislim, neugodno mi je, majkemi mile. Mora biti da mi nešto radimo pogrešno...
Pitaju nas ljudi, a prosto im u očima vidim nepovjerenje, da šta je i kako je i šta ima novog glede i u svezi prokletog televizora. Ni njima ne ide u glavu da možeš kupiti nešto, platiti nešto, vratiti to neispravno nešto i onda ne znati šta ti dalje sljeduje. Osim ljutog zajeba!
- Bože, Eda – kaže Ljubica, moja najdraža omražena prijateljica, profesorica latinskog i tvrdokorna preljubnica – Pa to je kao da naručim Furlinu boršu i ona mi stigne pokidana...
- Što je poprilično nevjerojatna stvar za Furlu – rekoh ja.
- Pa da – reče ona, žena od skoro 60 koja je neshvatljivo zarobljena u tijelu studentice od 24 godine – to ti i govorim. Nevjerojatno! Ali ajde, recimo da se i to desi. Svaka normalna butiga ima rok od makar mjesec, a bogami i do tri mjeseca, da robu vratiš, da ti je zamijene ili ti vrate novac.
- E viš – rekoh mračno ja, studentica nepravedno zarobljena u tijelu babe od preko 60 – Ovi nisu normalni!
- Mislim – nastavlja ona dalje – pa neće potrganu boršu Furla ići štepati kod postolara...
- Torbara!
- Ma da – popravi ona cuf na čelu – kod torbara... Pa ti je vratiti proštepanu! Normalne butige ne samo da će ti poslati novu boršu nego će ti poslati i pismo isprike i popust od 15 posto na sljedeću narudžbu.
- E viš – umorno rekoh ja – ovi nude da mi televizor proštepa njihov ovlašteni torbar i da mi taj zahvat naplati 340 eura!
- Stvarno nevjerojatno! – reče Ljubica.
Možda sam krivo odgojena
Naravno da je nevjerojatno. Nevjerojatno je da, evo jučer, Zakoniti dođe doma iz subotnje šetnje i da me odmah s vrata izvijesti da se za našu situaciju s televizorom raspituju i ljudi koje nikad u životu nisam vidjela. Dobro, vidjela sam ih, ali... Ali nemam s njima nikakve odnošaje.
- Pita Đorđi Peruzović da šta nam je s televizorom – reče Zakoniti.
- Đorđi Peruzović? – blenem ja – koji Đorđi Peruzović?
- Pa onaj – potvrdi Zakoniti. – Koliko Đorđija Peruzovića ti znaš?
- A onoga, ‘di si bija kad je grmilo‘ – rekoh – i nijednog drugog. Ol ga ti poznaješ?
- Ma onako – reče Zakoniti – iz viđenja...
Jebate život! I estradne zvijezde iz prošlog milenija smilovale su se nad našom sudbom kletom! Pravo mi je neugodno...
- A šta tebi ima biti neugodno? – upita Zakoniti. – Pa jebateled... Nismo mi ništa krivo napravili. Osim šta nećemo da nas prave budalama i da nam uređaj od 570 eura naplate 910. Plus dostava!
- A isto mi je neugodno – pokunjim se – eto...
- Znaš šta? – reče on. – To su kod tebe ostaci socijalističkog odgoja i obrazovanja.
- Ma bogati! – ciknem ja. – Pa i ti si se odgajao i obrazovao u socijalizmu...
- Jesam – reče on – ali mene se nije toliko primio taj titovski duh.
Štajaznam, možda je i u pravu. Možda sam zbilja krivo odgojena. A možda je u me prodro dominantni duh demokratske Hrvatske u kojoj je običnom čovjeku najbolje da ne traži ništa, ne očekuje ništa, da se ne buni ni zbog čega, da se pokrije ušima i na pljačku kad mu se iz džepa naočigled izvlači lova. I samopouzdanje iz dna duše.
U međuvremenu, Zakoniti je na ruke Državnog inspektorata, područni ured Split, odjel Tržna inspekcija, uputio prijavu situacije koja je poznata i Đorđiju Peruzoviću i svekolikoj javnosti. Ni od njih, međutim, ni pisma ni razglednice! Dobro, imaju oni sigurno još pacijenata koji zahtijevaju hitnu intervenciju, garant, ali meni se svejedno oduljilo...
- A da pišete izravno Samsungu? – bubne Ljubica.
- Molim?!
- Dragi Samsunže... – krene ona – mislim, riječ je o njihovom televizoru, jel‘ tako?
- Je – potvrdim ja i zabuljim se u nju. Ima biti da u toj glavi prividne studentice ima i neočekivanog moždanog sadržaja...
Pojednostavnimo stvar
- Vidi – nastavi ona i namjesti se udobnije – trebaš gledati na stvari krajnje pojednostavljeno. Vratimo se, recimo, Furli...
- Jebala te Furla više – obrecnem se ja, znajući koliko košta borša rečenog brenda, ona šta sam je čeznutljivo gledala prošlog tjedna, a koja je opisana kao Furla Gerla Boston Bag... Košta kao televizor plus popravak televizora pa još jedno osamdeset eura... – Ne dodaji mi sol na ranu!
- Ali, Eda – razborito reče Ljubica – Vidi... Recimo da tu boršu kupiš kod neovisnog prodavača, tipa Sancta Domenica.
- Da kupim boršu u njih? – dignem pogled. – Jesi ti zdrave glave? U toj butigi više neću ni čačkalice kupiti!
- Bože mili – izvrne ona oči put plafonjere – ponekad si zbilja tupa. Uključi malo maštu... Kupiš boršu, borša ne valja, trgovac zapizdi i ponaša se ko ovaj tvoj iz Svete Nidilje...
- Nedelje! – popravim je ja. – Iz Svete Ne-de-lje!
- Jel‘? – zatrepće ona. – Ol ste televizor kupili u Srbiji?
- Znaš šta – odustanem ja – pustimo sad Nedilju i Nedelju, nije u Srbiji nego negdje gore, blizu Zagreba...
- Dobro – reče ona, općenito osjetljiva na ekavicu, što je i normalno za profesoricu latinskog – iz Svete Nedelje. Trgovac, dakle, zapizdi, zajebaje i tako to. Ja bih napisala ljubavno pismo Furli! Da znaju kako se taj Nedeljković ponaša prema njihovom brendu!
- Stvarno? – zatečeno upitam ja, ali shvaćajući da je Ljubica u pravu. – Pa da... Mislim, Samsungu je u interesu da ja budem zadovoljna, zar ne?
- Pa naravno – reče Ljubica – Još će ti se zahvaliti i poslati i TV i darak... Slušalice ili tako nešto.
- Ili boršu – rekoh ja – Boston Gerlu od 990 eura...
Ljubica me samo pogleda. A meni i dalje neugodno...
