Koromač (Foeniculum vulgare) je namirnica kojoj se ne posvećuje dovoljno pažnje. Naime, vrlo je ukusan dodatak različitim jelima, a istovremeno koromač može pridonijeti boljem zdravlju i dobrobiti. Jestivi su različiti dijelovi ove biljke - korijen ili glavica, ali i aromatično sjeme kao i listići koji pomalo podsjećaju na mrkvu.

Blagotvorni učinci koromača, među ostalim, visoko su cijenjeni u tradicionalnoj kineskoj medicini. Prilično je čest sastojak čajeva, ali istodobno ga možete uključiti u mnoga jela - na primjer, u variva, salate, rižote itd. - ili ga jednostavno ispecite ili prodinstajte i poslužite kao prilog.

Treba podsjetiti i na njegove ljekovite učinke.

1. Dobar je izvor vitamina C

Vitamin C jedna je od najvažnijih hranjivih tvari za naše zdravlje. To je vitamin koji je neophodan za održavanje snažnog imunološkog sustava, što je osnova za uspješnu zaštitu tijela od patogenih virusa i drugih stranih tvari. Istodobno, vitamin C igra važnu ulogu u stvaranju kolagena, proteina koji našu kožu održava gipkom i zategnutom. Dakle, povećani unos ovog vitamina može pridonijeti mlađoj koži, pogotovo jer je vitamin C i izvrstan antioksidans. Jedan od načina da svom organizmu osigurate više vitamina C može biti i češće konzumiranje koromača.

2. Pomaže kod kolika

Kolike su vrlo čest problem kod novorođenčadi, a smatra se da se javljaju kod svake pete bebe. To su bolni grčevi u trbuhu zbog kojih dijete može plakati satima. Jedan od najučinkovitijih prirodnih oblika pomoći kod takvih grčeva su čajevi, čiji je važan sastojak koromač.

3. Prevenira nadutost kod odraslih

Koromač nije koristan samo za probavne probleme tipične za dojenčad, već se slični učinci mogu primijetiti i kod odraslih. Dakle, čajevi i drugi pripravci od dijelova koromača mogu spriječiti nadutost nakon obroka i spriječiti grčeve glatkih mišića u gastrointestinalnom sustavu. Ako se često susrećete s probavnim problemima, onda je koromač hrana koja definitivno zaslužuje vašu pažnju.

4. Opskrbljuje tijelo važnim polifenolnim antioksidansima

U koromaču se nalaze mnogi važni antioksidansi. Od posebne važnosti su tzv. polifenoli. Zadaća antioksidansa je smanjiti negativni utjecaj slobodnih radikala koji su odgovorni za oksidativni stres, a posljedično su uzrok mnogih kroničnih bolesti. Česta konzumacija hrane bogate antioksidansima, poput koromača može pomoći u smanjenju rizika od kardiovaskularnih bolesti, raznih vrsta karcinoma, dijabetesa tipa 2 i neurodegenerativnih bolesti.

5. Pozitivno utječe na proizvodnju mlijeka kod dojilja

Postoje određene prirodne tvari koje mogu potaknuti proizvodnju mlijeka kod dojilja. Te se tvari nazivaju galaktogeni, a koromač je jedna od namirnica u kojoj se nalaze u iznadprosječnim količinama. Za dianetol i fotoanetol kažu da su posebno važni. Zbog toga je koromač često sastojak čajeva za lakše dojenje.

6. Pomaže održati zdravu težinu

Prekomjerna tjelesna težina jedan je od glavnih čimbenika rizika za mnoge bolesti. Glavne mjere za održavanje zdrave tjelesne težine su, naravno, redovita tjelesna aktivnost i uravnotežena prehrana. U gubitku kilograma možete si pomoći i sastojcima poput koromača.

Pijenje čaja od koromača prije jela trebalo bi pomoći u obuzdavanju apetita. Koromač (Foeniculum vulgare) je namirnica kojoj se ne posvećuje dovoljno pažnje. Naime, vrlo je ukusan dodatak različitim jelima, a istovremeno koromač može pridonijeti boljem zdravlju i dobrobiti. Jestivi su različiti dijelovi ove biljke - korijen ili glavica, ali i aromatično sjeme kao i listići koji pomalo podsjećaju na mrkvu.

Blagotvorni učinci koromača, među ostalim, visoko su cijenjeni u tradicionalnoj kineskoj medicini. Prilično je čest sastojak čajeva, ali istodobno ga možete uključiti u mnoga jela - na primjer, u variva, salate, rižote itd. - ili ga jednostavno ispecite ili prodinstajte i poslužite kao prilog.

Treba podsjetiti i na njegove ljekovite učinke.

1. Dobar je izvor vitamina C

Vitamin C jedna je od najvažnijih hranjivih tvari za naše zdravlje. To je vitamin koji je neophodan za održavanje snažnog imunološkog sustava, što je osnova za uspješnu zaštitu tijela od patogenih virusa i drugih stranih tvari. Istodobno, vitamin C igra važnu ulogu u stvaranju kolagena, proteina koji našu kožu održava gipkom i zategnutom. Dakle, povećani unos ovog vitamina može pridonijeti mlađoj koži, pogotovo jer je vitamin C i izvrstan antioksidans. Jedan od načina da svom organizmu osigurate više vitamina C može biti i češće konzumiranje koromača.

2. Pomaže kod kolika

Kolike su vrlo čest problem kod novorođenčadi, a smatra se da se javljaju kod svake pete bebe. To su bolni grčevi u trbuhu zbog kojih dijete može plakati satima. Jedan od najučinkovitijih prirodnih oblika pomoći kod takvih grčeva su čajevi, čiji je važan sastojak koromač.

3. Prevenira nadutost kod odraslih

Koromač nije koristan samo za probavne probleme tipične za dojenčad, već se slični učinci mogu primijetiti i kod odraslih. Dakle, čajevi i drugi pripravci od dijelova koromača mogu spriječiti nadutost nakon obroka i spriječiti grčeve glatkih mišića u gastrointestinalnom sustavu. Ako se često susrećete s probavnim problemima, onda je koromač hrana koja definitivno zaslužuje vašu pažnju.

4. Opskrbljuje tijelo važnim polifenolnim antioksidansima

U koromaču se nalaze mnogi važni antioksidansi. Od posebne važnosti su tzv. polifenoli. Česta konzumacija hrane bogate antioksidansima, poput koromača može pomoći u smanjenju rizika od kardiovaskularnih bolesti, raznih vrsta karcinoma, dijabetesa tipa 2 i neurodegenerativnih bolesti.

Postoje određene prirodne tvari koje mogu potaknuti proizvodnju mlijeka kod dojilja. Te se tvari nazivaju galaktogeni, a koromač je jedna od namirnica u kojoj se nalaze u iznadprosječnim količinama. 6. Pomaže održati zdravu težinu

Prekomjerna tjelesna težina jedan je od glavnih čimbenika rizika za mnoge bolesti. Glavne mjere za održavanje zdrave tjelesne težine su, naravno, redovita tjelesna aktivnost i uravnotežena prehrana. U gubitku kilograma možete si pomoći i sastojcima poput koromača.

Pijenje čaja od koromača prije jela trebalo bi pomoći u obuzdavanju apetita. Koromač (Foeniculum vulgare) je namirnica kojoj se ne posvećuje dovoljno pažnje. Naime, vrlo je ukusan dodatak različitim jelima, a istovremeno koromač može pridonijeti boljem zdravlju i dobrobiti. Jestivi su različiti dijelovi ove biljke - korijen ili glavica, ali i aromatično sjeme kao i listići koji pomalo podsjećaju na mrkvu.

Blagotvorni učinci koromača, među ostalim, visoko su cijenjeni u tradicionalnoj kineskoj medicini. Prilično je čest sastojak čajeva, ali istodobno ga možete uključiti u mnoga jela - na primjer, u variva, salate, rižote itd. - ili ga jednostavno ispecite ili prodinstajte i poslužite kao prilog.
