Ako tražite ogroman stan u Parizu s garderobom od preko 50 četvornih metara i poznatim prethodnim vlasnikom, trebali biste označiti 26. ožujka u svom kalendaru: Na taj dan bivši stan njemačkog modnog cara Karla Lagerfelda, koji je umro 2019. godine, bit će ponuđen na dražbi. Za futuristički dizajniranu rezidenciju, čijih se 260 četvornih metara prostire na samo tri sobe, postavljena je početna ponuda od 5,3 milijuna eura.

Lagerfeld je živio u stanu zadnjih 10 godina svoga života, do svoje smrti u veljači 2019., tvrdi javni bilježnik Thomas Jousselin. Nalazi se u zgradi na trgu Voltaire u povijesnom srcu Pariza i nudi spektakularan pogled na Seinu i Louvre.

Prema Jousselinu, Lagerfeld je dao potpuno redizajnirati stan, futurističkog izgleda s betonskim podovima i pjeskarenim staklenim pregradama. Glavna soba je 120 četvornih metara, s nizom polica za knjige. Garderoba veća od 50 četvornih metara odvojena je od spavaće sobe pokretnim pregradama. Prema informacijama, aukcija stana održat će se u Pariškoj trgovinskoj i industrijskoj komori.

Zainteresirane strane također mogu licitirati putem interneta ili telefonom. Međutim, sudjelovanje smiju samo oni koji su prethodno položili 1,06 milijuna eura. Ovu vrstu aukcije naručio je Lagerfeldov izvršitelj Monegasquea. Kome ide prihod od aukcije, odgovorni francuski bilježnik Jousselin nije želio reći. Međutim, pružio je uvjeravanja kako "nema nikakvih sukoba oko prodaje".

Ako tražite ogroman stan u Parizu s garderobom od preko 50 četvornih metara i poznatim prethodnim vlasnikom, trebali biste označiti 26. ožujka u svom kalendaru: Na taj dan bivši stan njemačkog modnog cara Karla Lagerfelda, koji je umro 2019. godine, bit će ponuđen na dražbi. Za futuristički dizajniranu rezidenciju, čijih se 260 četvornih metara prostire na samo tri sobe, postavljena je početna ponuda od 5,3 milijuna eura.

Lagerfeld je živio u stanu zadnjih 10 godina svoga života, do svoje smrti u veljači 2019., tvrdi javni bilježnik Thomas Jousselin. Nalazi se u zgradi na trgu Voltaire u povijesnom srcu Pariza i nudi spektakularan pogled na Seinu i Louvre.

Prema Jousselinu, Lagerfeld je dao potpuno redizajnirati stan, futurističkog izgleda s betonskim podovima i pjeskarenim staklenim pregradama. Glavna soba je 120 četvornih metara, s nizom polica za knjige. Garderoba veća od 50 četvornih metara odvojena je od spavaće sobe pokretnim pregradama. Prema informacijama, aukcija stana održat će se u Pariškoj trgovinskoj i industrijskoj komori.

Zainteresirane strane također mogu licitirati putem interneta ili telefonom. Međutim, sudjelovanje smiju samo oni koji su prethodno položili 1,06 milijuna eura. Ovu vrstu aukcije naručio je Lagerfeldov izvršitelj Monegasquea. Kome ide prihod od aukcije, odgovorni francuski bilježnik Jousselin nije želio reći. Međutim, pružio je uvjeravanja kako "nema nikakvih sukoba oko prodaje".

Pariški stan Karla Lagerfelda s pogledom na Louvre bit će ponuđen na dražbi, početna cijena je 5,3 milijuna eura

Ako tražite ogroman stan u Parizu s garderobom od preko 50 četvornih metara i poznatim prethodnim vlasnikom, trebali biste označiti 26. ožujka u svom kalendaru: Na taj dan bivši stan njemačkog modnog cara Karla Lagerfelda, koji je umro 2019. godine, bit će ponuđen na dražbi. Za futuristički dizajniranu rezidenciju, čijih se 260 četvornih metara prostire na samo tri sobe, postavljena je početna ponuda od 5,3 milijuna eura.

Lagerfeld je živio u stanu zadnjih 10 godina svoga života, do svoje smrti u veljači 2019., tvrdi javni bilježnik Thomas Jousselin. Nalazi se u zgradi na trgu Voltaire u povijesnom srcu Pariza i nudi spektakularan pogled na Seinu i Louvre.

Prema Jousselinu, Lagerfeld je dao potpuno redizajnirati stan, futurističkog izgleda s betonskim podovima i pjeskarenim staklenim pregradama. Glavna soba je 120 četvornih metara, s nizom polica za knjige. Garderoba veća od 50 četvornih metara odvojena je od spavaće sobe pokretnim pregradama. Prema informacijama, aukcija stana održat će se u Pariškoj trgovinskoj i industrijskoj komori.

Zainteresirane strane također mogu licitirati putem interneta ili telefonom. Međutim, sudjelovanje smiju samo oni koji su prethodno položili 1,06 milijuna eura. Ovu vrstu aukcije naručio je Lagerfeldov izvršitelj Monegasquea. Kome ide prihod od aukcije, odgovorni francuski bilježnik Jousselin nije želio reći. Međutim, pružio je uvjeravanja kako "nema nikakvih sukoba oko prodaje".
