Još jedan politički pompozno i godinama najavljivani projekt koji bi "trebao prometno spasiti Split", a o čijoj bi se važnosti, pa i opravdanosti bez usporedne realizacije mosta preko Kaštelanskog zaljeva moglo itekako raspravljati, dobrano zapinje.

Riječ je o izgradnji cestovnog tunela kroz Kozjak, dugog 2,5 kilometara, te 4,3 kilometra duge ceste prema Jadranskoj magistrali u Kaštelima, ali bez spoja na tu državnu prometnicu, za što je natječaj raspisan još u posljednjim danima 2021. godine. Posao bi, podsjetimo, trebao potrajati pune tri godine.

Projektna dokumentacija izmijenjena je nimalo respektabilnih 20 puta, u posljednjem navratu prije dva dana, a sve je začinila danas objavljena žalba široj javnosti malo poznate zagrebačke tvrtke "Autocentar Adi", osnovane prije nepune četiri godine i registrirane za, među ostalim, za cestovni prijevoz putnika i tereta, turističke usluge, ali i projektiranje i građenje građevina te stručni nadzor građenja.

Primjetno je da spomenuta tvrtka, vlasnika Senada Handžića, otkupljuje - rabljena vozila. U konkretnom slučaju čak i od ovih dana u negativnom kontekstu spominjane tvrtke "Hrvatske šume".

- Žalba izjavljena protiv dokumentacije o nabavi odnosno izmjene dokumentacije o nabavi sprječava nastavak postupka javne nabave za sve grupe predmeta nabave - navodi se u objavi na Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave, što dovoljno govori o činjenici da je nadmetanje za izgradnju ceste koja bi trebala spojiti autocestu A1 s Kaštelima i (potencijalno) Splitom praktički - blokirano.

Premda je otvaranje ponuda zainteresiranih građevinskih kompanija, nakon niza pomicanja izvornog roka, bilo najavljeno za utorak, 7. veljače, u sjedištu investitorske tvrtke "Hrvatske ceste", to će zasigurno još jednom biti prolongirano. Time će projekt vrijedan 781 milijun kuna ili tek nešto manje od 105 milijuna eura, što je ravno cijeni trećine Pelješkog mosta, dobiti dodatan udarac.

Planiranim zahvatom, podsjetimo, nije obuhvaćen sjeverni spoj autocestovnog čvora u Vučevici s budućim tunelom, jer je taj posao, nakon zasebnog natječaja za izgradnju prometnice duge 400 metara, još tijekom pretprošle jeseni povjeren tvrtki "Euro-Asfalt" iz Rajlovca kod Sarajeva (BiH), po cijeni od gotovo 4,3 milijuna eura.

Kako je prilikom otvaranja cijelog postupka, potkraj 2021. godine, pisala naša kolegica Jadranka Matić, tunel "Kozjak" je projektiran kao jednocjevni s dvosmjernim prometom, te sa servisnom cijevi.

Svaki od prometnih trakova bit će širok 3,25 metara, pri čemu će na razmaku od 35 metara, usporedno s glavnim kolnikom, biti servisni tunel sa širinom voznog traka od 3,5 metra i s obostranim pješačkim stazama.

Zahtjevna će biti izgradnja i dijelova trase spojne ceste od čvora Vučevica na Dalmatini prema tunelu i dalje prema Magistrali. Tu će biti dva vijadukta: "Vlačine", dug 151,5 metara i širok 15,6 metara, te "Gaj", dug 225 metara i širok 14,35 metara.

Planirana su i tri nadvožnjaka: "Nakide 1", raspona 23 metra i širine 11,6 metara, "Nakide 2" s rasponom od 17,2 metra i širinom od sedam metara, te "Sibovica", raspona 18,5 metara i širine sedam metara. Projektom su predviđena još i dva prolaza (propusta), te planinarski nathodnik, kao i zidovi za zaštitu od buke.

Još jedan politički pompozno i godinama najavljivani projekt koji bi "trebao prometno spasiti Split", a o čijoj bi se važnosti, pa i opravdanosti bez usporedne realizacije mosta preko Kaštelanskog zaljeva moglo itekako raspravljati, dobrano zapinje.

Riječ je o izgradnji cestovnog tunela kroz Kozjak, dugog 2,5 kilometara, te 4,3 kilometra duge ceste prema Jadranskoj magistrali u Kaštelima, ali bez spoja na tu državnu prometnicu, za što je natječaj raspisan još u posljednjim danima 2021. godine. Posao bi, podsjetimo, trebao potrajati pune tri godine.

Projektna dokumentacija izmijenjena je nimalo respektabilnih 20 puta, u posljednjem navratu prije dva dana, a sve je začinila danas objavljena žalba široj javnosti malo poznate zagrebačke tvrtke "Autocentar Adi", osnovane prije nepune četiri godine i registrirane za, među ostalim, za cestovni prijevoz putnika i tereta, turističke usluge, ali i projektiranje i građenje građevina te stručni nadzor građenja.

Primjetno je da spomenuta tvrtka, vlasnika Senada Handžića, otkupljuje - rabljena vozila. U konkretnom slučaju čak i od ovih dana u negativnom kontekstu spominjane tvrtke "Hrvatske šume".

- Žalba izjavljena protiv dokumentacije o nabavi odnosno izmjene dokumentacije o nabavi sprječava nastavak postupka javne nabave za sve grupe predmeta nabave - navodi se u objavi na Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave, što dovoljno govori o činjenici da je nadmetanje za izgradnju ceste koja bi trebala spojiti autocestu A1 s Kaštelima i (potencijalno) Splitom praktički - blokirano.

Premda je otvaranje ponuda zainteresiranih građevinskih kompanija, nakon niza pomicanja izvornog roka, bilo najavljeno za utorak, 7. veljače, u sjedištu investitorske tvrtke "Hrvatske ceste", to će zasigurno još jednom biti prolongirano. Time će projekt vrijedan 781 milijun kuna ili tek nešto manje od 105 milijuna eura, što je ravno cijeni trećine Pelješkog mosta, dobiti dodatan udarac.

Planiranim zahvatom, podsjetimo, nije obuhvaćen sjeverni spoj autocestovnog čvora u Vučevici s budućim tunelom, jer je taj posao, nakon zasebnog natječaja za izgradnju prometnice duge 400 metara, još tijekom pretprošle jeseni povjeren tvrtki "Euro-Asfalt" iz Rajlovca kod Sarajeva (BiH), po cijeni od gotovo 4,3 milijuna eura.

Kako je prilikom otvaranja cijelog postupka, potkraj 2021. godine, pisala naša kolegica Jadranka Matić, tunel "Kozjak" je projektiran kao jednocjevni s dvosmjernim prometom, te sa servisnom cijevi.

Svaki od prometnih trakova bit će širok 3,25 metara, pri čemu će na razmaku od 35 metara, usporedno s glavnim kolnikom, biti servisni tunel sa širinom voznog traka od 3,5 metra i s obostranim pješačkim stazama.

Zahtjevna će biti izgradnja i dijelova trase spojne ceste od čvora Vučevica na Dalmatini prema tunelu i dalje prema Magistrali. Tu će biti dva vijadukta: "Vlačine", dug 151,5 metara i širok 15,6 metara, te "Gaj", dug 225 metara i širok 14,35 metara.

Planirana su i tri nadvožnjaka: "Nakide 1", raspona 23 metra i širine 11,6 metara, "Nakide 2" s rasponom od 17,2 metra i širinom od sedam metara, te "Sibovica", raspona 18,5 metara i širine sedam metara. Projektom su predviđena još i dva prolaza (propusta), te planinarski nathodnik, kao i zidovi za zaštitu od buke.
