Koje su koristi od prodora hladnoće za masline? Manje će biti paunova oka na niskim temperaturama i neće se razvijati. Reducirat će se glavni štetnici maslina, maslinova muha, moljac i svrdlaš. Iskustva nas uče da prodori hladnoća ostavljaju posljedice ne samo na maslinama, nego i na njihovim štetnicima.

Potrebe maslina za niskim temperaturama, nižima od 7,2 stupnja Celzija, u ukupnom trajanju 50-60 sati, pa do više od 1200 sati, a za neke sorte i 1800 sati, opisana je i dokazana.

Dobro je napomenuti da su mnoga istraživanja pokazala kako je zbroj sati niskih temperatura potrebnih za cvatnju u korelaciji s količinom uroda u prethodnoj godini.

Uspoređujući godine nakon visokog uroda s godinama nakon niskog uroda, uočavamo da je nakon godina s visokim urodom potreban veći zbroj sati niskih temperatura da bi cvatnja bila jednako obilna kao u godinama nakon niskog uroda.

Istraživanjima je također potvrđeno da prekid zimskih niskih temperatura s desetodnevnim razdobljem visokih temperatura u sredini siječnja, u proljeće rezultira vegetativnim kretanjem svih pupova formiranih na prošlogodišnim izbojcima.

Nasuprot tome, u uvjetima u kojima nije bilo prekida u razdoblju niskih temperatura pupovi s izbojaka daju samo cvatove.

Analizom godišnje proizvodnje u toplim područjima pokazala su se neka neobična odstupanja. U nekim godinama kada se očekivao visok urod, stvarna produkcija bila je mala, a u drugima su se dogodile dvije uzastopne godine s visokim urodom. U većini slučajeva bi se ti rezultati mogli objasniti zimskim temperaturama.

Naime, upravo su hladne zime potaknule cvatnju do razine koja je bila više od očekivane na osnovi rodnosti prethodne godine. Topla je zima, s druge strane, reducirala cvatnju do razine znatno niže od očekivane. Zato jaču zimu treba iskoristiti i izbjeći da nepromišljenim i krivim odlukama upropastimo mogući dobar oplodni potencijal.

Koje su koristi od prodora hladnoće za masline? Manje će biti paunova oka na niskim temperaturama i neće se razvijati. Reducirat će se glavni štetnici maslina, maslinova muha, moljac i svrdlaš. Iskustva nas uče da prodori hladnoća ostavljaju posljedice ne samo na maslinama, nego i na njihovim štetnicima.

Potrebe maslina za niskim temperaturama, nižima od 7,2 stupnja Celzija, u ukupnom trajanju 50-60 sati, pa do više od 1200 sati, a za neke sorte i 1800 sati, opisana je i dokazana.

Dobro je napomenuti da su mnoga istraživanja pokazala kako je zbroj sati niskih temperatura potrebnih za cvatnju u korelaciji s količinom uroda u prethodnoj godini.

Uspoređujući godine nakon visokog uroda s godinama nakon niskog uroda, uočavamo da je nakon godina s visokim urodom potreban veći zbroj sati niskih temperatura da bi cvatnja bila jednako obilna kao u godinama nakon niskog uroda.

Istraživanjima je također potvrđeno da prekid zimskih niskih temperatura s desetodnevnim razdobljem visokih temperatura u sredini siječnja, u proljeće rezultira vegetativnim kretanjem svih pupova formiranih na prošlogodišnim izbojcima.

Nasuprot tome, u uvjetima u kojima nije bilo prekida u razdoblju niskih temperatura pupovi s izbojaka daju samo cvatove.

Analizom godišnje proizvodnje u toplim područjima pokazala su se neka neobična odstupanja. U nekim godinama kada se očekivao visok urod, stvarna produkcija bila je mala, a u drugima su se dogodile dvije uzastopne godine s visokim urodom. U većini slučajeva bi se ti rezultati mogli objasniti zimskim temperaturama.

Naime, upravo su hladne zime potaknule cvatnju do razine koja je bila više od očekivane na osnovi rodnosti prethodne godine. Topla je zima, s druge strane, reducirala cvatnju do razine znatno niže od očekivane. Zato jaču zimu treba iskoristiti i izbjeći da nepromišljenim i krivim odlukama upropastimo mogući dobar oplodni potencijal.

Koje su koristi od prodora hladnoće za masline? Manje će biti paunova oka na niskim temperaturama i neće se razvijati. Reducirat će se glavni štetnici maslina, maslinova muha, moljac i svrdlaš. Iskustva nas uče da prodori hladnoća ostavljaju posljedice ne samo na maslinama, nego i na njihovim štetnicima.

Potrebe maslina za niskim temperaturama, nižima od 7,2 stupnja Celzija, u ukupnom trajanju 50-60 sati, pa do više od 1200 sati, a za neke sorte i 1800 sati, opisana je i dokazana.

Dobro je napomenuti da su mnoga istraživanja pokazala kako je zbroj sati niskih temperatura potrebnih za cvatnju u korelaciji s količinom uroda u prethodnoj godini.

Uspoređujući godine nakon visokog uroda s godinama nakon niskog uroda, uočavamo da je nakon godina s visokim urodom potreban veći zbroj sati niskih temperatura da bi cvatnja bila jednako obilna kao u godinama nakon niskog uroda.

Istraživanjima je također potvrđeno da prekid zimskih niskih temperatura s desetodnevnim razdobljem visokih temperatura u sredini siječnja, u proljeće rezultira vegetativnim kretanjem svih pupova formiranih na prošlogodišnim izbojcima.

Nasuprot tome, u uvjetima u kojima nije bilo prekida u razdoblju niskih temperatura pupovi s izbojaka daju samo cvatove.

Analizom godišnje proizvodnje u toplim područjima pokazala su se neka neobična odstupanja. U nekim godinama kada se očekivao visok urod, stvarna produkcija bila je mala, a u drugima su se dogodile dvije uzastopne godine s visokim urodom. U većini slučajeva bi se ti rezultati mogli objasniti zimskim temperaturama.

Naime, upravo su hladne zime potaknule cvatnju do razine koja je bila više od očekivane na osnovi rodnosti prethodne godine. Topla je zima, s druge strane, reducirala cvatnju do razine znatno niže od očekivane. Zato jaču zimu treba iskoristiti i izbjeći da nepromišljenim i krivim odlukama upropastimo mogući dobar oplodni potencijal.
