U protekla 364 dana ove godine (podatke za 31. prosinca u trenutku pisanja teksta nemamo) sa ili od koronavirusa u RH je umrla 4936 osoba.

To znači da je u ta 364 dana, u prosjeku dnevno od ove bolesti u RH umiralo 13,5 ljudi, što znači da je dnevna smrtnost na milijun stanovnika bila oko 3,5. Dakle 3,5 umrla na milijun stanovnika, što nije zanemarivo. U Hrvatskoj je od ili s Covidom do jučer, od početka svjetske pandemije umrlo 17.583 ljudi, što je za 600-tinjak ljudi manje od ukupne populacije Đakova.

- Osobno pretpostavljam da će u sljedećim mjesecima biti i povećanje broja umrlih od ili sa Covidom. Ljudi se ponašaju neodgovorno isto kao da Covid u svijetu nije ubio milijune ljudi, pa se posljednje vrijeme iznose i neke neslužbene brojke koje kažu da je od te bolesti umrlo više od 20 milijuna ljudi, umjesto službenog broja od 6,69 milijuna umrlih u svijetu - kazuje prof. dr. sc. Zlatko Trobonjača, imunolog sa Sveučilišta u Rijeci.

Previše smo se opustili

Epidemija Covida u Hrvatskoj u posljednje vrijeme, barem po službenim brojkama oboljelih stagnira.

- Istina. Međutim, u društvu se događa da ima veliki broj pozitivnih nalaza na Covid, pa je onda jednostavno pretpostaviti da njega neslužbeno ima puno više. Ljudi se sve manje testiraju, gotovo nikako, malo se o Covidu priča i piše, a činjenica je da se s prve dvije doze u RH, do sada cijepilo 55 posto populacije, s trećom dozom (prva booster doza) njih 24 posto, a s četvrtom dozom (druga booster doza) samo jedan posto ljudi. I sada, kada vidite kako ljudi Covid shvaćaju krajnje neozbiljno ne možete biti optimistični za sljedeće mjesece - kazuje dr. Trobonjača.

Covid nije, kako se već tisuću puta napisalo, opasan samo u akutnoj fazi.

- Ne, ljudi od Covida ili posljedica Covda umiru i nakon one akutne faze, kada im zdravstveno stanje može biti najgore.

Tako ljudi, koji poslije Covida, nakon nekoliko mjeseci imaju nekakvu prehladu i umru od srčanog udara, budite sigurni da ta prehlada nije uvjetovala srčani udar, već je to moguće učinila “ostavština” Covida koja može biti potencijalni, i to vrlo veliki “okidač” za taj smrtonosni srčani udar. Mi u Hrvatskoj imamo i veliki višak smrtnosti uvjetovan Covidom, a to, naravno nije dobro - kazuje dr. Trobonjača.

Zašto je u Hrvatskoj smrtnost tako velika, odnosno zašto ljudi i dalje u “velikim brojkama” umiru od te bolesti, a cjepivo je dostupno od kraja prosinca 2020. godine? I dok nam je velika smrtnost bila “normalna” do otkrića cjepiva, nikako ne možemo shvatiti zašto su tako velike brojke umrlih i nakon primjene cjepiva.

Zima je uvijek rizična

- Upravo zbog toga jer se ljudi ne cijepe u dovoljnoj mjeri i jer Covid shvaćaju olako, a neki su i potpali pod utjecaj raznih antivaksera. Ako tome još pridodamo da je RH jedna od vodećih, ako ne i vodeća zemlja u EU po broju onih koji boluju od dijabetesa, hipertenzije i pretilosti, koji su po svim parametrima najriskantniji za razvoj teške, vrlo često pogubne kliničke slike kod oboljelih od Covida, onda vam je sve jasno.

U hrvatskom društvu vlada atmosfera negiranja Covida i to nikako nije dobro - zaključio je prof. dr. sc. Zlatko Trobonjača.

U sljedećim zimskim mjesecima naravno treba očekivati niske temperature, “zatvaranje” stanovništva u kuće, restorane, kafiće, noćne klubove i izbjegavanje nošenja “omraženih” zaštitnih maskica te vrlo vjerojatno povećanje broja oboljelih od Covida. A, s obzirom na to da će oboljelih zasigurno biti više, treba očekivati i povećanu smrtnost.

To znači da je u ta 364 dana, u prosjeku dnevno od ove bolesti u RH umiralo 13,5 ljudi, što znači da je dnevna smrtnost na milijun stanovnika bila oko 3,5. Dakle 3,5 umrla na milijun stanovnika, što nije zanemarivo. U Hrvatskoj je od ili s Covidom do jučer, od početka svjetske pandemije umrlo 17.583 ljudi, što je za 600-tinjak ljudi manje od ukupne populacije Đakova.

- Osobno pretpostavljam da će u sljedećim mjesecima biti i povećanje broja umrlih od ili sa Covidom. Ljudi se ponašaju neodgovorno isto kao da Covid u svijetu nije ubio milijune ljudi, pa se posljednje vrijeme iznose i neke neslužbene brojke koje kažu da je od te bolesti umrlo više od 20 milijuna ljudi, umjesto službenog broja od 6,69 milijuna umrlih u svijetu - kazuje prof. dr. sc. Zlatko Trobonjača, imunolog sa Sveučilišta u Rijeci.

Previše smo se opustili

Epidemija Covida u Hrvatskoj u posljednje vrijeme, barem po službenim brojkama oboljelih stagnira.

- Istina. Međutim, u društvu se događa da ima veliki broj pozitivnih nalaza na Covid, pa je onda jednostavno pretpostaviti da njega neslužbeno ima puno više. Ljudi se sve manje testiraju, gotovo nikako, malo se o Covidu priča i piše, a činjenica je da se s prve dvije doze u RH, do sada cijepilo 55 posto populacije, s trećom dozom (prva booster doza) njih 24 posto, a s četvrtom dozom (druga booster doza) samo jedan posto ljudi. I sada, kada vidite kako ljudi Covid shvaćaju krajnje neozbiljno ne možete biti optimistični za sljedeće mjesece - kazuje dr. Trobonjača.

Covid nije, kako se već tisuću puta napisalo, opasan samo u akutnoj fazi.

- Ne, ljudi od Covida ili posljedica Covda umiru i nakon one akutne faze, kada im zdravstveno stanje može biti najgore.

Tako ljudi, koji poslije Covida, nakon nekoliko mjeseci imaju nekakvu prehladu i umru od srčanog udara, budite sigurni da ta prehlada nije uvjetovala srčani udar, već je to moguće učinila “ostavština” Covida koja može biti potencijalni, i to vrlo veliki “okidač” za taj smrtonosni srčani udar. Mi u Hrvatskoj imamo i veliki višak smrtnosti uvjetovan Covidom, a to, naravno nije dobro - kazuje dr. Trobonjača.

Zašto je u Hrvatskoj smrtnost tako velika, odnosno zašto ljudi i dalje u “velikim brojkama” umiru od te bolesti, a cjepivo je dostupno od kraja prosinca 2020. godine? I dok nam je velika smrtnost bila “normalna” do otkrića cjepiva, nikako ne možemo shvatiti zašto su tako velike brojke umrlih i nakon primjene cjepiva.

Zima je uvijek rizična

- Upravo zbog toga jer se ljudi ne cijepe u dovoljnoj mjeri i jer Covid shvaćaju olako, a neki su i potpali pod utjecaj raznih antivaksera. Ako tome još pridodamo da je RH jedna od vodećih, ako ne i vodeća zemlja u EU po broju onih koji boluju od dijabetesa, hipertenzije i pretilosti, koji su po svim parametrima najriskantniji za razvoj teške, vrlo često pogubne kliničke slike kod oboljelih od Covida, onda vam je sve jasno.

U hrvatskom društvu vlada atmosfera negiranja Covida i to nikako nije dobro - zaključio je prof. dr. sc. Zlatko Trobonjača.

U sljedećim zimskim mjesecima naravno treba očekivati niske temperature, “zatvaranje” stanovništva u kuće, restorane, kafiće, noćne klubove i izbjegavanje nošenja “omraženih” zaštitnih maskica te vrlo vjerojatno povećanje broja oboljelih od Covida. A, s obzirom na to da će oboljelih zasigurno biti više, treba očekivati i povećanu smrtnost.
