Masovno testiranje prvog ruskog potencijalnog cjepiva protiv covida-19, koje je dobilo odobrenje ruskih vlasti, obuhvatit će više od 40.000 ljudi i nadzirat će ga strano znanstveno tijelo, kazali su u četvrtak dužnosnici koji razvijaju projekt.

Objavom pojedinosti o trećoj fazi kliničkih testiranja, koja počinje idući tjedan, proizvođači cjepiva žele utišati zabrinutosti nekih znanstvenika zbog oskudnih podataka o tom cjepivu koje je Rusija do sada objavila.

Cjepivo je nazvano Sputnik V., po prvom svjetskom satelitu koji je lansirao bivši Sovjetski Savez. Ruske vlasti i znanstvenici hvale kao kao sigurno i učinkovito nakon dvomjesečnog testiranja na ljudima manjeg opsega, čiji rezultati još nisu objavljeni. No zapadni stručnjaci su sumnjičavi i upozoravaju da ga se ne koristi dok se ne provede uspješno testiranje odobreno s međunarodne razine.

„Niz zemalja vodi informativni rat protiv ruskog cjepiva”, ustvrdio je Kirill Dmitriev, voditelj Ruskog fonda za izravna ulaganja koji podupire razvoj cjepiva. Podaci o cjepivu bit će objavljeni u znanstvenom časopisu ovaj mjesec, dodao je u razgovoru s novinarima.

Rusija je zaprimila narudžbe za do milijardu doza cjepiva iz cijelog svijeta, a ima kapacitete za proizvodnju do 500 milijuna doza na godinu putem proizvodnih partnerstava, rekao je.

Direktor moskovskog Gamalejevog instituta, koji je razvio cjepivo, rekao je da će 40.000 ljudi biti uključeno u masovno testiranje u više od 45 medicinskih centara širom Rusije.

Podaci će biti poslani Svjetskoj zdravstvenoj organizaciji (WHO), rekao je Dimitriev, te nekoliko zemalja koje razmatraju sudjelovanje u trećoj fazi kliničkih testiranja, uključujući Ujedinjene Arapske Emirate, Indiju, Brazil, Saudijsku Arabiju i Filipine.

Po podacima WHO-a, još najmanje četiri druga potencijalna cjepiva protiv novog koronavirusa u trećoj su fazi kliničkih testiranja u svijetu.

Rusko cjepivo registrirano je i prije provedbe treće faze ispitivanja, koju se inače smatra uvjetom za registraciju.
Dmitriev je rekao da će ranija registracija omogućiti da se od listopada počne s ranijim cijepljenjem visokorizičnih skupina kao što su zdravstveni djelatnici, paralelno s trećom fazom ispitivanja.

Testiranje će biti dobrovoljno, naglasio je, a zdravstveno stanje sudionika redovito će se kontrolirati. Cjepivo će se davati u dvije faze, koristeći dva različita vektora humanog adenovirusa.

Dmitriev je naglasio da se taj vektor već prilično često koristilo u ranijim cjepivima i da postoji više dokaza da je sigurniji nego neka druga potencijalna cjepiva protiv koronavirusa.

Ruski znanstvenici su kazali da su rana testiranja pokazala da cjepivo izaziva značajan imunološki odgovor, ali nije poznato koliko dugo zaštita traje.

„Svaka osoba može reagirati drugačije”, rekao je glavni stručnjak za zarazne bolesti pri ruskom ministarstvu zdravstva, Vladimir Šulanov, u intervjuu za Gazetu.Ru u četvrtak.

„Neki mogu razviti jako snažan zaštitni imunitet, a drugi ne. U takvim slučajevima, zaraza koronavirusom može biti moguća, ali bi bolest, u teoriji, trebala imati blage simptome. I postotak takvih ljudi bit će jako malen”.

Masovno testiranje prvog ruskog potencijalnog cjepiva protiv covida-19, koje je dobilo odobrenje ruskih vlasti, obuhvatit će više od 40.000 ljudi i nadzirat će ga strano znanstveno tijelo, kazali su u četvrtak dužnosnici koji razvijaju projekt.

Objavom pojedinosti o trećoj fazi kliničkih testiranja, koja počinje idući tjedan, proizvođači cjepiva žele utišati zabrinutosti nekih znanstvenika zbog oskudnih podataka o tom cjepivu koje je Rusija do sada objavila.

Cjepivo je nazvano Sputnik V., po prvom svjetskom satelitu koji je lansirao bivši Sovjetski Savez. Ruske vlasti i znanstvenici hvale kao kao sigurno i učinkovito nakon dvomjesečnog testiranja na ljudima manjeg opsega, čiji rezultati još nisu objavljeni. No zapadni stručnjaci su sumnjičavi i upozoravaju da ga se ne koristi dok se ne provede uspješno testiranje odobreno s međunarodne razine.

„Niz zemalja vodi informativni rat protiv ruskog cjepiva”, ustvrdio je Kirill Dmitriev, voditelj Ruskog fonda za izravna ulaganja koji podupire razvoj cjepiva. Podaci o cjepivu bit će objavljeni u znanstvenom časopisu ovaj mjesec, dodao je u razgovoru s novinarima.

Rusija je zaprimila narudžbe za do milijardu doza cjepiva iz cijelog svijeta, a ima kapacitete za proizvodnju do 500 milijuna doza na godinu putem proizvodnih partnerstava, rekao je.

Direktor moskovskog Gamalejevog instituta, koji je razvio cjepivo, rekao je da će 40.000 ljudi biti uključeno u masovno testiranje u više od 45 medicinskih centara širom Rusije.

Podaci će biti poslani Svjetskoj zdravstvenoj organizaciji (WHO), rekao je Dimitriev, te nekoliko zemalja koje razmatraju sudjelovanje u trećoj fazi kliničkih testiranja, uključujući Ujedinjene Arapske Emirate, Indiju, Brazil, Saudijsku Arabiju i Filipine.

Po podacima WHO-a, još najmanje četiri druga potencijalna cjepiva protiv novog koronavirusa u trećoj su fazi kliničkih testiranja u svijetu.

Rusko cjepivo registrirano je i prije provedbe treće faze ispitivanja, koju se inače smatra uvjetom za registraciju.
Dmitriev je rekao da će ranija registracija omogućiti da se od listopada počne s ranijim cijepljenjem visokorizičnih skupina kao što su zdravstveni djelatnici, paralelno s trećom fazom ispitivanja.

Testiranje će biti dobrovoljno, naglasio je, a zdravstveno stanje sudionika redovito će se kontrolirati. Cjepivo će se davati u dvije faze, koristeći dva različita vektora humanog adenovirusa.

Dmitriev je naglasio da se taj vektor već prilično često koristilo u ranijim cjepivima i da postoji više dokaza da je sigurniji nego neka druga potencijalna cjepiva protiv koronavirusa.

Ruski znanstvenici su kazali da su rana testiranja pokazala da cjepivo izaziva značajan imunološki odgovor, ali nije poznato koliko dugo zaštita traje.

„Svaka osoba može reagirati drugačije”, rekao je glavni stručnjak za zarazne bolesti pri ruskom ministarstvu zdravstva, Vladimir Šulanov, u intervjuu za Gazetu.Ru u četvrtak.

„Neki mogu razviti jako snažan zaštitni imunitet, a drugi ne. U takvim slučajevima, zaraza koronavirusom može biti moguća, ali bi bolest, u teoriji, trebala imati blage simptome. I postotak takvih ljudi bit će jako malen”.

Kreće masovno testiranje ruskog cjepiva protiv covida-19: testove će nadzirati strano zdravstveno tijelo, obuhvatit će više od 40.000 ljudi

Masovno testiranje prvog ruskog potencijalnog cjepiva protiv covida-19, koje je dobilo odobrenje ruskih vlasti, obuhvatit će više od 40.000 ljudi i nadzirat će ga strano znanstveno tijelo, kazali su u četvrtak dužnosnici koji razvijaju projekt.

Objavom pojedinosti o trećoj fazi kliničkih testiranja, koja počinje idući tjedan, proizvođači cjepiva žele utišati zabrinutosti nekih znanstvenika zbog oskudnih podataka o tom cjepivu koje je Rusija do sada objavila.

Cjepivo je nazvano Sputnik V., po prvom svjetskom satelitu koji je lansirao bivši Sovjetski Savez. Ruske vlasti i znanstvenici hvale kao kao sigurno i učinkovito nakon dvomjesečnog testiranja na ljudima manjeg opsega, čiji rezultati još nisu objavljeni. No zapadni stručnjaci su sumnjičavi i upozoravaju da ga se ne koristi dok se ne provede uspješno testiranje odobreno s međunarodne razine.

„Niz zemalja vodi informativni rat protiv ruskog cjepiva”, ustvrdio je Kirill Dmitriev, voditelj Ruskog fonda za izravna ulaganja koji podupire razvoj cjepiva. Podaci o cjepivu bit će objavljeni u znanstvenom časopisu ovaj mjesec, dodao je u razgovoru s novinarima.

Rusija je zaprimila narudžbe za do milijardu doza cjepiva iz cijelog svijeta, a ima kapacitete za proizvodnju do 500 milijuna doza na godinu putem proizvodnih partnerstava, rekao je.

Direktor moskovskog Gamalejevog instituta, koji je razvio cjepivo, rekao je da će 40.000 ljudi biti uključeno u masovno testiranje u više od 45 medicinskih centara širom Rusije.

Podaci će biti poslani Svjetskoj zdravstvenoj organizaciji (WHO), rekao je Dimitriev, te nekoliko zemalja koje razmatraju sudjelovanje u trećoj fazi kliničkih testiranja, uključujući Ujedinjene Arapske Emirate, Indiju, Brazil, Saudijsku Arabiju i Filipine.

Po podacima WHO-a, još najmanje četiri druga potencijalna cjepiva protiv novog koronavirusa u trećoj su fazi kliničkih testiranja u svijetu.

Rusko cjepivo registrirano je i prije provedbe treće faze ispitivanja, koju se inače smatra uvjetom za registraciju.
Dmitriev je rekao da će ranija registracija omogućiti da se od listopada počne s ranijim cijepljenjem visokorizičnih skupina kao što su zdravstveni djelatnici, paralelno s trećom fazom ispitivanja.

Testiranje će biti dobrovoljno, naglasio je, a zdravstveno stanje sudionika redovito će se kontrolirati. Cjepivo će se davati u dvije faze, koristeći dva različita vektora humanog adenovirusa.

Dmitriev je naglasio da se taj vektor već prilično često koristilo u ranijim cjepivima i da postoji više dokaza da je sigurniji nego neka druga potencijalna cjepiva protiv koronavirusa.

Ruski znanstvenici su kazali da su rana testiranja pokazala da cjepivo izaziva značajan imunološki odgovor, ali nije poznato koliko dugo zaštita traje.

„Svaka osoba može reagirati drugačije”, rekao je glavni stručnjak za zarazne bolesti pri ruskom ministarstvu zdravstva, Vladimir Šulanov, u intervjuu za Gazetu.Ru u četvrtak.

„Neki mogu razviti jako snažan zaštitni imunitet, a drugi ne. U takvim slučajevima, zaraza koronavirusom može biti moguća, ali bi bolest, u teoriji, trebala imati blage simptome. I postotak takvih ljudi bit će jako malen”.
