Proteklih dana interes za cijepljenje protiv covida-19 u Hrvatskoj raste. Prijavljuju se tek blaže nuspojave cijepljenja kao što su bol na mjestu injekcije, umor, glavobolja, bolovi u mišićima, zimica, bolovi u zglobovima i vrućica.  

U nekim slučajevima prijavljena je alergijska reakcija pa mnogi ljudi, posebice oni koji pate od alergija ili su narušenog imuniteta, zabrinuto pitaju mogu li se cijepiti. Kako često ne mogu dobiti obiteljskog liječnika, čitatelji se obraćaju nama. Na najčešća pitanja građana za Jutarnji list je odgovorila  epidemiologinja Zvjezdana Lovrić Makarić iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ).

Tko je u riziku od razvoja alergije nakon cijepljenja?

- Za trenutno u Hrvatskoj dostupna cjepiva protiv bolesti covid-19 (BioNTech/Pfizer - Comirnaty i Moderna) kontraindikacije za cijepljenje su preosjetljivost na bilo koju komponentu cjepiva.

Mogu li se cijepiti osobe alergične na najčešće alergene, poput ambrozije, peluda ili jagoda?

- Alergijske reakcije poput alergije na hranu, kućne ljubimce, otrov kukaca ili okolišne alergene ili alergije na oralne lijekove (uključujući oralne ekvivalente lijekova za injekciju) nisu kontraindikacija niti mjera opreza za cijepljenje u Hrvatskoj trenutno dostupnim mRNA covid-19 cjepivima.

Čepovi za bočice ovih cjepiva nisu izrađeni od lateksa od prirodne gume i ne postoje kontraindikacije ili mjere opreza za cijepljenje za osobe s alergijom na lateks. Uz to, budući da ova mRNA COVID-19 cjepiva ne sadrže jaja ili želatinu, osobe s alergijama na ove tvari nemaju kontraindikacije ili mjere predostrožnosti za cijepljenje.

Tko procjenjuje da se neka osoba ne može cijepiti?

- Prije svakog cijepljenja liječnik procjenjuje kontraindikacije za cijepljenje na temelju anamneze i eventualno kliničkog pregleda pacijenta i medicinske dokumentacije. Također, cijepljenje se provodi pod nadzorom liječnika koji treba imati odgovarajuću terapiju koja se koristi u slučaju neposrednih alergijskih reakcija u slučaju da se nakon primjene cjepiva dogodi akutna anafilaktička reakcija. Nakon cijepljenja preporučuje se osobu opservirati najmanje 15 minuta.

Trebaju li se cijepiti i osobe narušenog imuniteta?

- Osobe s imunokompromitirajućim stanjima ili koje uzimaju imunosupresivne lijekove ili terapije mogu biti u povećanom riziku od razvoja teških oblika bolesti covid-19 i njezinih komplikacija. Podaci iz kliničkih ispitivanja o cijepljenju imunokompromitiranih osoba su oskudni, ali s obzirom na to da su to osobe s povećanim rizikom od komplikacija covida-19, preporučuje se cijepiti ih ako nemaju kontraindikaciju za cijepljenje.

Međutim, važno je istaknuti mogućnosti smanjenog imunološkog odgovora tj. mogućnost da će u njih učinkovitost cjepiva biti niža nego u imunokompetentnih osoba. Važno je istaknuti kako u Hrvatskoj trenutno dostupna cjepiva kod cijepljene osobe neće uzrokovati bolest covid-19, pa niti kod imunokompromitiranih osoba.

Koje su preporuke za onkološke bolesnike na liječenju?

- O optimalnom vremenu primjene cjepiva kod onkoloških bolesnika aktualno na kemoterapiji ili radioterapiji, preporučuje se savjetovati s vodećim liječnikom. Kad god je to moguće, primjenu cjepiva treba izvršiti prije započinjanja kemoterapije. No liječnici koji liječe imunokompromitirane pacijente mogu ih savjetovati kada bi bilo optimalno provesti cijepljenje na temelju njihova znanja i razumijevanja njihova imunološkog statusa i vjerojatnog imunološkog odgovora na cijepljenje, ali također trebaju uzeti u obzir rizik od bolesti covida-19 i vjerojatnost izloženosti njihovih pacijenta.

Proteklih dana interes za cijepljenje protiv covida-19 u Hrvatskoj raste. Prijavljuju se tek blaže nuspojave cijepljenja kao što su bol na mjestu injekcije, umor, glavobolja, bolovi u mišićima, zimica, bolovi u zglobovima i vrućica.  

U nekim slučajevima prijavljena je alergijska reakcija pa mnogi ljudi, posebice oni koji pate od alergija ili su narušenog imuniteta, zabrinuto pitaju mogu li se cijepiti. Kako često ne mogu dobiti obiteljskog liječnika, čitatelji se obraćaju nama. Na najčešća pitanja građana za Jutarnji list je odgovorila  epidemiologinja Zvjezdana Lovrić Makarić iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ).

Tko je u riziku od razvoja alergije nakon cijepljenja?

- Za trenutno u Hrvatskoj dostupna cjepiva protiv bolesti covid-19 (BioNTech/Pfizer - Comirnaty i Moderna) kontraindikacije za cijepljenje su preosjetljivost na bilo koju komponentu cjepiva.

Mogu li se cijepiti osobe alergične na najčešće alergene, poput ambrozije, peluda ili jagoda?

- Alergijske reakcije poput alergije na hranu, kućne ljubimce, otrov kukaca ili okolišne alergene ili alergije na oralne lijekove (uključujući oralne ekvivalente lijekova za injekciju) nisu kontraindikacija niti mjera opreza za cijepljenje u Hrvatskoj trenutno dostupnim mRNA covid-19 cjepivima.

Čepovi za bočice ovih cjepiva nisu izrađeni od lateksa od prirodne gume i ne postoje kontraindikacije ili mjere opreza za cijepljenje za osobe s alergijom na lateks. Uz to, budući da ova mRNA COVID-19 cjepiva ne sadrže jaja ili želatinu, osobe s alergijama na ove tvari nemaju kontraindikacije ili mjere predostrožnosti za cijepljenje.

Tko procjenjuje da se neka osoba ne može cijepiti?

- Prije svakog cijepljenja liječnik procjenjuje kontraindikacije za cijepljenje na temelju anamneze i eventualno kliničkog pregleda pacijenta i medicinske dokumentacije. Također, cijepljenje se provodi pod nadzorom liječnika koji treba imati odgovarajuću terapiju koja se koristi u slučaju neposrednih alergijskih reakcija u slučaju da se nakon primjene cjepiva dogodi akutna anafilaktička reakcija. Nakon cijepljenja preporučuje se osobu opservirati najmanje 15 minuta.

Trebaju li se cijepiti i osobe narušenog imuniteta?

- Osobe s imunokompromitirajućim stanjima ili koje uzimaju imunosupresivne lijekove ili terapije mogu biti u povećanom riziku od razvoja teških oblika bolesti covid-19 i njezinih komplikacija. Podaci iz kliničkih ispitivanja o cijepljenju imunokompromitiranih osoba su oskudni, ali s obzirom na to da su to osobe s povećanim rizikom od komplikacija covida-19, preporučuje se cijepiti ih ako nemaju kontraindikaciju za cijepljenje.

Međutim, važno je istaknuti mogućnosti smanjenog imunološkog odgovora tj. mogućnost da će u njih učinkovitost cjepiva biti niža nego u imunokompetentnih osoba. Važno je istaknuti kako u Hrvatskoj trenutno dostupna cjepiva kod cijepljene osobe neće uzrokovati bolest covid-19, pa niti kod imunokompromitiranih osoba.

Koje su preporuke za onkološke bolesnike na liječenju?

- O optimalnom vremenu primjene cjepiva kod onkoloških bolesnika aktualno na kemoterapiji ili radioterapiji, preporučuje se savjetovati s vodećim liječnikom. Kad god je to moguće, primjenu cjepiva treba izvršiti prije započinjanja kemoterapije. No liječnici koji liječe imunokompromitirane pacijente mogu ih savjetovati kada bi bilo optimalno provesti cijepljenje na temelju njihova znanja i razumijevanja njihova imunološkog statusa i vjerojatnog imunološkog odgovora na cijepljenje, ali također trebaju uzeti u obzir rizik od bolesti covida-19 i vjerojatnost izloženosti njihovih pacijenta.

Planirate li se cijepiti? Donosimo odgovore na najčešća pitanja o cjepivu protiv korone

Proteklih dana interes za cijepljenje protiv covida-19 u Hrvatskoj raste. Prijavljuju se tek blaže nuspojave cijepljenja kao što su bol na mjestu injekcije, umor, glavobolja, bolovi u mišićima, zimica, bolovi u zglobovima i vrućica.  

U nekim slučajevima prijavljena je alergijska reakcija pa mnogi ljudi, posebice oni koji pate od alergija ili su narušenog imuniteta, zabrinuto pitaju mogu li se cijepiti. Kako često ne mogu dobiti obiteljskog liječnika, čitatelji se obraćaju nama. Na najčešća pitanja građana za Jutarnji list je odgovorila  epidemiologinja Zvjezdana Lovrić Makarić iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ).

Tko je u riziku od razvoja alergije nakon cijepljenja?

- Za trenutno u Hrvatskoj dostupna cjepiva protiv bolesti covid-19 (BioNTech/Pfizer - Comirnaty i Moderna) kontraindikacije za cijepljenje su preosjetljivost na bilo koju komponentu cjepiva.

Mogu li se cijepiti osobe alergične na najčešće alergene, poput ambrozije, peluda ili jagoda?

- Alergijske reakcije poput alergije na hranu, kućne ljubimce, otrov kukaca ili okolišne alergene ili alergije na oralne lijekove (uključujući oralne ekvivalente lijekova za injekciju) nisu kontraindikacija niti mjera opreza za cijepljenje u Hrvatskoj trenutno dostupnim mRNA covid-19 cjepivima.

Čepovi za bočice ovih cjepiva nisu izrađeni od lateksa od prirodne gume i ne postoje kontraindikacije ili mjere opreza za cijepljenje za osobe s alergijom na lateks. Uz to, budući da ova mRNA COVID-19 cjepiva ne sadrže jaja ili želatinu, osobe s alergijama na ove tvari nemaju kontraindikacije ili mjere predostrožnosti za cijepljenje.

Tko procjenjuje da se neka osoba ne može cijepiti?

- Prije svakog cijepljenja liječnik procjenjuje kontraindikacije za cijepljenje na temelju anamneze i eventualno kliničkog pregleda pacijenta i medicinske dokumentacije. Također, cijepljenje se provodi pod nadzorom liječnika koji treba imati odgovarajuću terapiju koja se koristi u slučaju neposrednih alergijskih reakcija u slučaju da se nakon primjene cjepiva dogodi akutna anafilaktička reakcija. Nakon cijepljenja preporučuje se osobu opservirati najmanje 15 minuta.

Trebaju li se cijepiti i osobe narušenog imuniteta?

- Osobe s imunokompromitirajućim stanjima ili koje uzimaju imunosupresivne lijekove ili terapije mogu biti u povećanom riziku od razvoja teških oblika bolesti covid-19 i njezinih komplikacija. Podaci iz kliničkih ispitivanja o cijepljenju imunokompromitiranih osoba su oskudni, ali s obzirom na to da su to osobe s povećanim rizikom od komplikacija covida-19, preporučuje se cijepiti ih ako nemaju kontraindikaciju za cijepljenje.

Međutim, važno je istaknuti mogućnosti smanjenog imunološkog odgovora tj. mogućnost da će u njih učinkovitost cjepiva biti niža nego u imunokompetentnih osoba. Važno je istaknuti kako u Hrvatskoj trenutno dostupna cjepiva kod cijepljene osobe neće uzrokovati bolest covid-19, pa niti kod imunokompromitiranih osoba.
