U prvih četrdeset projekata privatnog sektora za koje su potpisani ugovori za financiranje iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO) iz turističkog sektora  čak je šesnaest novih hotela na hrvatskom tržištu, a jedan je i na dubrovačkom području. Financiranja se uglavnom odnose na rekonstrukcije i uvođenje zelenih rješenja, a među njima Maistrin HUP Zagreb dobit će  6,5 milijuna eura za zelenu i digitalnu transformaciju hotela Astarea u Mlinima.

Riječ je  o ulaganjima ukupno vrijednima stotinjak milijuna eura koji će u sklopu poziva ‘Jačanje održivosti te poticanje zelene i digitalne tranzicije poduzetnika u sektoru turizma‘ iz NPOO-a dobiti oko 46 milijuna nepovratnih sredstava, s različitim postocima pokrivenosti investicije ovisno o projektu. Neki od njih nastat će dogradnjom ili prenamjenom, rekonstrukcijom postojećih objekata, ima i nekoliko projekata iz temelja, a velik dio njih nalazi se u manje razvijenim turističkim mjestima, uključujući kontinent, objavilo je Ministarstvo. Ostali projekti uključuju zelenu tranziciju postojećih hotela ili uvođenje novih sadržaja ili su to pak projekti digitalne transformacije, uvođenja rješenja umjetne inteligencije ili drugih pametnih rješenja.

Radovi su već počeli, teška mehanizacija već je tamo, a kako će izgledati novi Hotel Astarea, kada će početi radovi i koliki će biti njihov krajnji opseg, unatoč višekratnim upitima nismo uspjeli doznati iz uprave Maistre, no iz objavljene javne nabave  bilo je razvidno kako je raspisana za izvođenje radova rekonstrukcije hotela Astarea za obiteljski odmor tijekom cijele godine.

Hotel Astarea u Mlinima izgrađen je 1970. godine kao hotel A kategorije, današnje 4 zvjezdice, s 203 sobe i 4 apartmana prema projektu arhitekta Bogoljuba Kurpjela, koji je za njega dobio niz nagrada struke. 

Ministarstvu turizma i sporta, u sklopu ovog poziva za tvrtke u privatnom vlasništvu stiglo je 248 projektnih prijedloga.

U prvih četrdeset projekata privatnog sektora za koje su potpisani ugovori za financiranje iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO) iz turističkog sektora  čak je šesnaest novih hotela na hrvatskom tržištu, a jedan je i na dubrovačkom području. Financiranja se uglavnom odnose na rekonstrukcije i uvođenje zelenih rješenja, a među njima Maistrin HUP Zagreb dobit će  6,5 milijuna eura za zelenu i digitalnu transformaciju hotela Astarea u Mlinima.

Riječ je  o ulaganjima ukupno vrijednima stotinjak milijuna eura koji će u sklopu poziva ‘Jačanje održivosti te poticanje zelene i digitalne tranzicije poduzetnika u sektoru turizma‘ iz NPOO-a dobiti oko 46 milijuna nepovratnih sredstava, s različitim postocima pokrivenosti investicije ovisno o projektu. Neki od njih nastat će dogradnjom ili prenamjenom, rekonstrukcijom postojećih objekata, ima i nekoliko projekata iz temelja, a velik dio njih nalazi se u manje razvijenim turističkim mjestima, uključujući kontinent, objavilo je Ministarstvo. Ostali projekti uključuju zelenu tranziciju postojećih hotela ili uvođenje novih sadržaja ili su to pak projekti digitalne transformacije, uvođenja rješenja umjetne inteligencije ili drugih pametnih rješenja.

Radovi su već počeli, teška mehanizacija već je tamo, a kako će izgledati novi Hotel Astarea, kada će početi radovi i koliki će biti njihov krajnji opseg, unatoč višekratnim upitima nismo uspjeli doznati iz uprave Maistre, no iz objavljene javne nabave  bilo je razvidno kako je raspisana za izvođenje radova rekonstrukcije hotela Astarea za obiteljski odmor tijekom cijele godine.

Hotel Astarea u Mlinima izgrađen je 1970. godine kao hotel A kategorije, današnje 4 zvjezdice, s 203 sobe i 4 apartmana prema projektu arhitekta Bogoljuba Kurpjela, koji je za njega dobio niz nagrada struke. 

Ministarstvu turizma i sporta, u sklopu ovog poziva za tvrtke u privatnom vlasništvu stiglo je 248 projektnih prijedloga.

Europskim novcem financirat će se i obnova hotela u Mlinima

U prvih četrdeset projekata privatnog sektora za koje su potpisani ugovori za financiranje iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO) iz turističkog sektora  čak je šesnaest novih hotela na hrvatskom tržištu, a jedan je i na dubrovačkom području. Financiranja se uglavnom odnose na rekonstrukcije i uvođenje zelenih rješenja, a među njima Maistrin HUP Zagreb dobit će  6,5 milijuna eura za zelenu i digitalnu transformaciju hotela Astarea u Mlinima.

Riječ je  o ulaganjima ukupno vrijednima stotinjak milijuna eura koji će u sklopu poziva ‘Jačanje održivosti te poticanje zelene i digitalne tranzicije poduzetnika u sektoru turizma‘ iz NPOO-a dobiti oko 46 milijuna nepovratnih sredstava, s različitim postocima pokrivenosti investicije ovisno o projektu. Neki od njih nastat će dogradnjom ili prenamjenom, rekonstrukcijom postojećih objekata, ima i nekoliko projekata iz temelja, a velik dio njih nalazi se u manje razvijenim turističkim mjestima, uključujući kontinent, objavilo je Ministarstvo. Ostali projekti uključuju zelenu tranziciju postojećih hotela ili uvođenje novih sadržaja ili su to pak projekti digitalne transformacije, uvođenja rješenja umjetne inteligencije ili drugih pametnih rješenja.

Radovi su već počeli, teška mehanizacija već je tamo, a kako će izgledati novi Hotel Astarea, kada će početi radovi i koliki će biti njihov krajnji opseg, unatoč višekratnim upitima nismo uspjeli doznati iz uprave Maistre, no iz objavljene javne nabave  bilo je razvidno kako je raspisana za izvođenje radova rekonstrukcije hotela Astarea za obiteljski odmor tijekom cijele godine.

Hotel Astarea u Mlinima izgrađen je 1970. godine kao hotel A kategorije, današnje 4 zvjezdice, s 203 sobe i 4 apartmana prema projektu arhitekta Bogoljuba Kurpjela, koji je za njega dobio niz nagrada struke. 

Ministarstvu turizma i sporta, u sklopu ovog poziva za tvrtke u privatnom vlasništvu stiglo je 248 projektnih prijedloga.
